Long Island Sound *1.5oz LIV Potato Vodka *.5oz. Triple sec *1oz. Butterfly Tea Syrup *1oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice Fill shaker with ice add all ingredients EXCEPT lime juice. Shake well, Pour into glass. Stir in Lime juice. Garnish with a lime slice. Cucumber Cooler *2oz. LIV Standard Edition Vodka *6oz. Cucumber Mint infused Organic Lemonade Fill Shaker with ice. Add LIV Standard Edition Vodka and Cucumber Mint Lemonade. Shake well and pour into glass Gourmet Bloody Mary *2oz. LIV Potato Vodka *1.5oz House made Spice blend *1tsp. Holy Schmitt’s Horseradish *4oz. V8 Fill a glass ¾ way with ice. Pour in LIV Potato Vodka, Spice blend, Horseradish and V8. Pour into shaker then back into glass to blend. Shake very well and pour into glass. Baiting Hollow Mule *2oz. LIV Potato Vodka *2 Lime wedges *5oz. Ginger Beer Muddle lime wedges in the bottom of a mule mug. Add Ice. Pour in LIV Potato Vodka. Top with Ginger Beer. Blackberry Lemon Gin & Tonic * 2oz. Deepwells Botanical Dry Gin * .5oz Simple Syrup * .5oz. Fresh Lemon Juice * 4oz. Tonic Water * 2-3 Blackberries * 2 Mint leaves Muddle Blackberries and mint leaves together in the bottom of a shaker. Fill 3/4 of the way with ice. Add Deepwells Gin, Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice. Shake well. Pour into glass and top with Tonic water. Garnish with a lemon slice. Bourbon N’ Honey * 2oz. Rough Rider Double Cask Straight Bourbon * 3/4oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice * 1oz. Add Bull Moose Rye Whisky, North Fork Absenthe, Bitters and Simple Syrup. Shake Well, Pour into glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Teddy’s Maple Tree Old Fashioned * 2oz. Rough Rider Double Cask Straight Bourbon * 2 Cherries * 1 Orange Slice * 1/4oz. Maple Syrup * 2Dashes of Aromatic Bitters Place Cherries, Orange, Maple Syrup and Bitters In a glass and muddle. Fill glass ¾ way with ice. Add 2oz. Rough Rider Bourbon. Garnish with a sugar Stick. Negroni * 1.5oz. Pine Barrens Reserve Gin * 3/4oz. Campari * 3/4oz. Sweet Vermouth Fill a glass with ice. Add Pine Barrens Reserve Gin, Campari, and Vermouth. Stir and garnish with an orange slice. Hi-Rye’s Manhattan * 1.5oz. Rough Rider Big Stick Rye * 3/4oz. Sweet Vermouth * 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters * 2 Maraschino Cherries Fill library glass half way with ice. Add Rough rider Big Stick Rye, Vermouth, Aromatic Bitters and cherries. Stir and serve. .
