We haven’t had to make any changes to the house as it’s been absolutely perfect for us, as has the location. We enjoy walking to our local pub, ‘The Friendly Inn’ in Frankton which lives up to its name and offers good beer and tasty food. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the local area, including peaceful days out spent fishing in the River Leam, as well as some fabulous country walks along the public footpaths through the fields. There is also a wonderful cycle path along the disused railway line around Water which is roughly a 6-mile round trip and all without having to ride on a public highway. We are ideally positioned to access the great shops and restaurants in Leamington, Kenilworth and Rugby, whilst Rugby rail station is just 15 minutes away from where we can be in Euston in 50 minutes or so. This is very convenient for us as we are members of the RAF club and we often visit London.”
