Enter your Vehicle Number (You can apply for maximum of 3 vehicles by clicking on Add More Vehicles) Verify your details and make payment via UPI/ DC/CC/Net Banking to complete registration. How to Apply for Kotak FASTag (New Customers) Visit: www.kotak.com/fastag and click on Apply now & proceed to start registration Enter your Mobile Number & OTP (One Time Password) received on your mobile no. Enter your KYC details: Name, DOB, PAN. Validate your PAN. Enter your Address details. Enter your Vehicle Number (You can apply for maximum of 3 vehicles by clicking on Add More Vehicles) Verify your details and make the payment via UPI/ DC/CC/Net Banking to complete registration. How to recharge: How do I recharge my Kotak FASTag? Your FASTag prepaid wallet will need to be recharged periodically to make e-toll payments. Just like any other e-payment wallet, you will be able to perform a FASTag wallet recharge in a few simple steps using below options:- If your user id for FASTag Customer Portal login is numeric (mobile no.): Please use below options to recharge Kotak NETC FASTag wallet BillPay (BBPS) Recharge your FASTag wallet by visiting BillPay/Recharge section in Kotak Mobile Banking App or Kotak Net Banking or on any Other Websites / App’s with BillPay feature like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe etc. Select Biller Name as 'Kotak Mahindra Bank - FASTag' Enter the Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) & Amount you want to recharge, click on Continue verify the details and click on Confirm & Pay On successful transaction, amount will immediately reflect in the wallet UPI Recharge your FASTag wallet via UPI apps like BHIM / Google Pay / PhonePe etc. Click on Pay to UPI ID (send money) and enter your pre-defined UPI ID for Kotak FASTag Wallet beneficiary address is NETC.RegisteredVehicleNumber@kotak (E.g., Your Kotak FASTag UPI ID for recharge will be NETC.MH14EU6789@Kotak, if your registered vehicle number is MH14EU6789.) Enter the amount you want to recharge and click on Continue, verify the details and click on Confirm & Pay On successful transaction, amount will immediately reflect in the wallet Note: You can use any vehicle number linked to your FASTag wallet, the money would be credited to your FASTag wallet. Kotak NETC FASTag Portal Recharge your FASTag wallet by logging into FASTag Customer Portal https://fastag.kotak.com/ Login with your registered mobile number as your user id Click on 'Recharge' present on the left side of the screen Enter the amount you want to recharge & select the desired payment method – Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking or UPI (Receive Money) Click on Proceed to pay. Once complete you will be redirected to the dashboard where you will see the new available balance On successful transaction, amount will immediately reflect in the wallet Note: When you recharge your Kotak NETC FASTag wallet, the updated balance can be utilised by any FASTags linked with the wallet. For e.g. If you own two cars and have FASTag for each, both of them will be able to utilise the available wallet balance. Login to FASTag Customer Portal (https://fastag.kotak.com/) - Use your registered Mobile Number as User ID. Once you have successfully completed the process of the Kotak NETC FASTag registration, you will receive a User ID and Password (PIN) via both, email & SMS When you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Use the PIN (that you have received through email/SMS) as an old password to generate your new password. In case you forget your PIN, click on ‘Forgot Password’ and on the First Time Password Change screen input the OTP received as Old Password on screen. Subsequent Login: You can login with the Password set for your account or using the Get OTP functionality. FASTag Customer Portal Overview Once you are logged in to the customer portal, you will see an overview of your Kotak FASTag wallet account online. Apart from personal details & the available balance, you will also see information on all FASTag’s registered to your name on the dashboard. Using the customer portal is much like using your Net Banking interface with any bank. You will find every actionable item within sight & clicking on a particular section will provide you details If your user id for FASTag Customer Portal login is alphanumeric (E.g. C/B followed by 7 digit numerical no.): Please use below options to recharge Kotak NETC FASTag wallet Login to Kotak FASTag NETC Customer Portal & click on Reload. The account number is selected by default in the Account Number list, in case you have multiple accounts, you can select the account number to reload. The Account balance, maximum reload amount allowed monthly, and Maximum reload amount allowed yearly are pre-populated (non- editable) Enter the amount to reload in Enter reload amount box and click Reload. The application will display the payment gateway page with your payment details. You have the following options for payment: Smart Checkout Credit Card Debit Card Net Banking Select one of the above options and complete the payment process. After you complete the payment process, system will re-direct you to the Details page & transactions details will be displayed. On successful transaction, amount will immediately reflect in your FASTag account. FASTag is a device that employs Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the prepaid account linked to it. It is affixed on the windscreen of your vehicle and enables you to drive through toll plazas, without stopping for cash transactions. The tag has a validity of 5 years and after purchasing, you only need to recharge/ top up the tag as per your requirement. What are the benefits & features of using FASTag? Below listed are the benefits of using FASTag: • FASTag is read by the tag reader at the plaza and the toll amount is deducted automatically, no need to carry cash for the toll transactions, saves time. Which all Toll Plaza are ready for FASTag? FASTag is presently operational at 773+ toll plazas across national highways, select state highways and parking plazas. More toll plazas will be brought under the FASTag program in the future. You can see the list of plazas by clicking here Can Kotak FASTag be used for making parking payments also? Presently, Kotak FASTag can be used for making parking payments at GMR Hyderabad International Airport only. We will update on other malls, airports and private parking lots where Kotak FASTag can be used as soon as we receive official announcement from NPCI. I am interested for availing FASTag. How do I get the FASTag for my vehicle? You will need to carry original as well as copy of your KYC document You need to submit the following documents along with the application for FASTag: If the vehicle is new & does not have registration certificate how can I apply for FASTag? In case registration certificate is not issued, you can still get FASTag basis VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) also known as Chassis Number. What are the charges for FASTag ? FASTag has a onetime Fee of Rs. 100 including GST). Presently we are offering Fastag with zero issuance fee. Are there any other charges applicable like convenience fees etc.? There may be additional charges associated with recharging the FASTag account through different channels. There is no convenience fee on recharge through UPI/BillPay. Note: Convenience fee is levied against transaction processing fees I have two vehicles, can I use one FASTag for two vehicles? You will need to take two separate FASTags for the two vehicles. You can mention both vehicle numbers at the time of FASTag application and get FASTag for both. Is there any discount/cashback on toll payments using FASTag? Presently there is no discount/cashback on toll payments using FASTag for FY 20-21. Note - Cash back communication received from IHMCL/ NHAI and it is subject to change from time to time When & where will my FASTag be delivered?
