2020 Suzanne Hass Stingers Sweepstakes Official Rules NO PURCHASE OR QUOTE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE, QUOTE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility. The 2020 Suzanne Hass Stingers Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia at the time of entry. The Promotion will consist of a sweepstakes. The following are not eligible for the Promotion: (1) employees and agents of Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) and their respective parent, subsidiary, successors, assignees, and affiliated companies, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”); (2) persons providing support services to any sales agent authorized to represent the Promotion Entities (whether those persons are employed by agent or not); or (3) the “immediate family members” and/or “household members” of any of the persons set forth in (1) or (2) above. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months per year. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor. The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Allstate Insurance Company, 2775 Sanders Rd, Northbrook, IL, 60062. The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is Suzanne Hass, Allstate Insurance AGent, 2015 1st St. S, Willmar, MN, 56201. Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes begins May 1, 2020 at 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on July 31, 2020 at 11:59 P.M. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The promotion period is as follows: PROMOTION TIME PERIOD ENTRY DEADLINE WINNER NOTIFICATION PERIOD May 1, 2020 – July 31, 92 days AuGust 14, 2020 11:59 Finalists Notified: 2020 PM CT AuGust 15, 2020 Grand Prize Notified: AuGust 19, 2020 How to Enter The Sweepstakes. 1) EliGible entrant may enter by completing an entry form at a registration stand inside Bill Taunton Stadium at 1401 22nd St SW, Willmar, MN, 56201, during a Willmar StinGers Game within the Sweepstakes Period (“Stadium Entry”); OR 2) EliGible entrant may also enter by completing an entry form online at https://northwoodsleague.com/willmar- Season presented by 320-222-2010 PO Box 201 Willmar, MN 56201 www.willmarstingers.Com Proud Member of the Northwoods League stingers/allstate within the Sweepstakes Period (“Online Entry”). Regardless of the method of entry, the completed Sweepstakes entry form must include the participating individual’s first and last name, street/mailing address (including city, state, and zip code), valid email address, and phone number (including area code). Incomplete and/or inaccurate Sweepstakes entries are void. Entrants may opt-out of receiving future marketing communications. Opting-out will not bar entry into the Sweepstakes. Opting-out will not decrease your chances of winning. All entries must be received by the deadline outlined in the Sweepstakes Period section above. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, mutilated, illeGible, incomplete or misdirected email or entries. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. By submission of entry, entrant agrees that the information contained in their entry can be used in communications. Entrants further grant Allstate the riGht to use and publish their proper name and state online, in print and in any other media in connection with the promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry used. All entries must be received by the deadlines outlined in the Sweepstakes Period section above. Prizes. Finalist Prizes. A total of ten (10) Finalist Prizes will be awarded consisting of: (1) Four (4) reserved tickets to the Willmar Stingers game on August 2, 2020; and (2) Four (4) concession vouchers Good for a hot doG, baG of chips, and can of soda or water. There will be one (1) per prize winner. Approximate Retail Value of each Finalist Prize is: $60.00. Grand Prize. A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awardinG consistinG of one of three “Sports Experiences” of the winner’s choosing. The three available “Sports Experiences” to choose from are: (1) Minnesota Twins game; (2) Minnesota Wild Game; or (3) Minnesota Golden Gophers football Game. Each “Sports Experience” will consist of: (1) Two (2) game tickets to the chosen game; (2) a one (1) niGht standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy); (3) a $50.00 Gas card; and (4) a $50.00 Generic Gift card. There will be one (1) per prize winner. Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is: $450.00. Grand Prize winner and his/her Guest aGree to comply with all venue rules and reGulations and, in accordance therewith, aGree not to act in a disruptive manner. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. All prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The total Approximate Retail Value of all eleven prizes is $1,050.00. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. No prize transfer or substitution is permitted. Sweepstakes Prize Drawing. Finalist Prizes DrawinG. Season presented by 320-222-2010 PO Box 201 Willmar, MN 56201 www.willmarstingers.Com Proud Member of the Northwoods League To determine the ten (10) Finalist Prize winners, a random drawing will be conducted after 5:00 p.m. CT on or about the date prescribed in the Sweepstakes Period section above from eligible entries received by Sponsor by the deadline prescribed. Odds of winninG will be determined by the total number of valid entries received. Grand Prize DrawinG. To determine the Grand Prize winner, a random drawinG will be conducted after 7:05 p.m. CT on or about the date prescribed in the Sweepstakes Period section above from the ten (10) Finalist Prize winners. Odds of winning the Grand Prize as a Finalist Prize winner are approximately one-in-ten. General Prize Conditions. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the riGht, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. General Terms and Conditions. Finalist Prizes Winner Notification. The Finalist Prize winners will be notified by 5:00 p.m. CT on the date specified in the Sweepstakes Period section by email or phone. The potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of EliGibility release form within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a selected winner cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours, that winner will be eliminated from the drawing and will not be eligible for the prize. At that time an alternate winner will be randomly chosen and must adhere to these same conditions and guidelines. Grand Prize Winner Notification. The Grand Prize winner will be announced during the Willmar Stingers game on August 2, 2020 and shortly thereafter will be notified by email or phone. The potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of EliGibility release form within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a selected winner cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours, that winner will be eliminated from the drawing and will not be eligible for the prize. At that time an alternate winner will be randomly chosen and must adhere to these same conditions and guidelines. Sponsor reserves the riGht, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters, except as stated otherwise herein. Release. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies and its company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action and any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of the prize.
