Few kilometers away from this Dampui Ngaw, largest wildlife sanctualy known as Dampa Sanctuary covering an overall area of 681 sq. km. had been set up. A variety of wildlife like Tiger, Elephant, Leopard, Bear, Deer, Sombre, Serow, Wlldpigs and a variety of birds are now enjoying sanctuary protection in this Dampa Tiger Forest Reserve.
