Anger can be a reckless destroyer of self and others. Anger can be a powerful change-agent for the good. Without critical-thinking and emotional regulation, many destroy the very thing they wish to uphold.

Do I want revenge? Start a war over this? Make someone pay? Sue someone? Make someone else suffer? Do I want to keep anger alive and burning?

Do I want to understand? Do I want to heal? Do I want to help others avoid or shorten similar ? Do I want to leverage my / towards social improvements? Do I want to learn how to see differently so that I can just be?

1.Do I have a well-rounded and historic understanding of the issue beyond "either- Doing or"? 2.Have I researched and looked at the issue the right from all sides? 3.What are the true motives of those whom I thing for follow/listen to? the right THEN... reason. 4. Does my proposed solution vilify, exclude, or injure large segments of the population? 5. Does my solution require violence?
