The sleuths of Bowenpally Police Station unearthed the Cellphone Pick pocketers and HB Offenders by arresting the accused persons 1).M.Vishal, 2).MD. Nushrath Pasha, and Boy Juvenile and recovered 50 stolenCell phones and 5 Tulas of Gold from them on13.09.2019.

The brief Facts of the case are that on 06-09-2019 at about 12:20 hrs received a complaint from Sri.T.V.V.S Narayana S/o NagaRaju Age:25 Yrs, Occ:Pvt.Employee, R/o near Railway Station, Gundlapochampally, Lakshmi nagar, Dist.. stating that 05-09-2019 he boarded a train at west Godavari andgotdown atSecunderabad railway station and simultaneously boarded the RTC Bus Route No.229, when the bus reached near Bowenpally bus stop he got down from the bus and surprised to see that his cell phone make Realme 5 was found missing from his pocket he thought that some unknown persons stolen away his cell phone while coming to Bowenpally in the bus. Hence he has requested to take necessary action.

The Bowenpally police made vigorous efforts and succeeded to arrest the accused persons 1.M.Vishal2.Md.NushrathPasha and Boy Juvenile aged16 years.

The accused persons A1 and A-2 and Boy juvenile are close associates. They are the habitual offenders and used to commit theft of cell phones from the pant pockets of the general public by boarding into RTC buses. They have committed theft of 50 cell phones from the general public by boarding into RTC buses and used to got down from the running buses after commission of offences they have sold out 49 stolen cell phones in various shops at Hong Kong Bazar, andSubashnagarfor Rs 50000/- and the shop owners sold the same mobile phone for an amount of Rs.7500/- each. They spent away the said amount lavishly for their luxuries.

The Boy Juvenile and the A1 M.Vishalhave also habitual offenders and used to commit theft of gold ornaments by break open the locks of the houses during absence of inmates. They have committed two house breakings inAlwal PS and Bowenpally Areaand sold out the stolen properties in a gold shop. During the year 2017 the boy juvenile himself has committed two house breakings in PS area and in that cases he has been sent to juvenile home by Alwal PS and after releasing from juvenile home he along with hisfriend M.Vishal have committed two house burglaries one in Alwal area and the second one in Bowenpally area and spent away the amount for their expenses. The gold recovered from them is worth Rs.1,50,000/- approximately.

The Addl.Inspector of Police apprehended all the accused 1.M.Vishal, 2.MD.Nushrath Pasha and Boy Juvenile 13-09-2019at 1930hrs with the assistance of Crime staff PCs 9322 SriHari,PC 4753Sri M.V.Ramana Murthy, PC- 6001Sri Manohar Reddy, PC-6462Sri T.Mahesh, PC 6022Sri Parmesh,HG 9070Sri Munnaiaah and HG 5879Sri Mohan Reddythe accused persons are being produced before the Honourable court.

The case is being investigated by Sri Md.Akram Baba, Addl. Inspector of Police, Bowenpally Police Station under the supervision of Sri P.Chandra Shaker SHO of PSBowenpally and under the able guidelines of Sri.A.RamReddy ACP of Division and under the direct supervision of Sri. KalmeshwarSinganwar, IPS Deputy commissioner of police, North Zone..

APPREHENDED 04-PERSON AND SEIZED 22-KGs OF GANJA

On 14-09-2019, the Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad, along with Afzalgunj Police apprehended 04-persons namely 1) Indresh Singh, 2) Alwala Manohar Singh, 3) Satti Babu @ Satish and 4) Naga Raju Vangali who were in illegal possession of Narcotic Drug i.e., Ganja at MGBS Bus Stand, Afzalgunj, Hyderabad and seized 22 Kgs of Ganja, One Honda Activa Bike bearing No.TS13EC3459 and 04-cell phones.

No.TS13EC3459 Vommali (V), V.Madugula (M), Vishakapatnam Dist, A.P. 3. 04-Cell Phones Vangali Nagaraju, age 27 yrs, Occ: Electrician, R/o 4. Arilova, Vishakapatnasm, A.P.

Brief Facts:-

Acting on a tip off, the Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad, apprehended 04-persons who were in illegal possession of Narcotic Drug i.e., Ganja and seized 22-Kgs of Ganja, One Honda Activa Bike and 04-cell phones, from their possession.

During interrogation the accused Indresh Singh confessed that he is eking out his livelihood by selling kites and as the meager earnings are not sufficient by selling kites he started selling Ganja small packets to the known and needy customers and with the greed to earn more easy money. He hatched a plan to procure Ganja from agency area and sell them to retail customers. In this process he approached his friend by name Alwala Manohar Singh and explained him about his plan and promised him to pay good share amount on which he agreed.

Accused Indresh Singh contacted Karri Satti Babu and Vangali Nagaraju of Vishakapatnam and requested them to transport and supply 22-kgs of Ganja from agency area to Hyderabad and promised them to pay the amount for said Ganja in Hyderabad on which they agreed. Subsequently accused Karri Sattibabu and Vangali Nagaraju as per the instructions of Indresh Singh procured 22-kgs of Ganja and packed them in travel bags and boarded private travels at Vishakapatnam and came to Hyderabad to deliver the said Ganja.

The accused Karri Sattibabu and Vangali Nagaraju got down the bus at MGBS bus stand and informed about their arrival and requested accused Indresh Singh to collect Ganja. On which Indresh Singh contacted his friend Alwala Manohar Singh and they both came to MGBS bus stand on Honda Activa bike Bearing No.TS13EC3459 to collect the said Ganja and while they were exchanging Ganja, Meantime Police apprehended them all the 04-persons along with Ganja, bike and cell phones.

The above accused persons along with seized property handed over to SHO, Afzalgunj PS, for taking further action.

The apprehension was made under the supervision of Sri K.Srinivas, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad and S.Is Sri C.Venkatesh, G.Srinivas Reddy, P.Ramesh, Govindu Swamy along with the staff of the Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad city.
