FOR INVOLMENT IN MURDER CASE OF PS

On credible information Police Bowenpally in joint operation with the Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team apprehended (04) accused persons by name 1) Madhava Reddy (Prime accused) 2) Samala Madhava Reddy, 3) Jakkula Surender Reddy, 4) Dami Naresh Singh (Driver) who were involved in murder case vide Cr.No. 474/2019, U/s. 452, 302, 120(B), 212 r/w. 34 IPC of Bowenpally PS.

Details of accused persons:- 1. Thumukunta Madhava Reddy S/o. Late T.Chitta Reddy, age. 55 yrs, occ. Real estate business, R/o. Pedda Thokatta, New Bowenpally, .

2. Samala Madhava Reddy S/o. S.Venkat Reddy, age. 49 yrs, Occ. Business R/o. Shiva Enclave, Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad,

3. Jakkula Surender Reddy S/o. Late J.Malla Reddy, age. 50 yrs, Occ. Business R/o. Malla Reddy Enclave,

4. Dami Naresh Singh S/o. D.Mahender Singh, age. 27 yrs, occ. Car driver R/o. Mallareddy Enclave, Pet Basheerabad N/o. Lamki bazaar village, Mothipur (PS), Kailali Dist, Nepal Country.

 Details of Deceased:- Sharanappa S/o. Late Yerraguntappa, age. 48 yrs, Occ.Watchman R/o. Plot no.28, Green park, Suchitra, N/o. Medhahalli village, Chitradurga Taluka, Karnataka State. Watchman in Shiva Enclave, Bowenpally.

 Seized material:- 1. Petrol bottle 2. Match box 3. Fortune car TS07BBTR-0716 belongs to Jakkula Surender Reddy (which was used in commission of offence) 4. Maruti Swift Car TS08GK2344 5. Mobile phones-06

 Brief facts of FIR.

On 07-12-2019 at 0300 hrs Bowenpally Police received a complaint from Parsa Srinivas(watchman) in which stated that he along with his wife Chinna Laxmi N/o. Siddipet & Sharanappa(deceased) N/o. Chitradurga, Karnataka State are doing as watchman duty with his owner Prakash Reddy at Plot no. 103 to 106 & 111 to 114, situated at Shiva Enclave, Bowenpally and securing the above plots. From few years Prakash Reddy and T.Madhava Reddy, S.Madhava Reddy, Jakkula Surender Reddy having land dispute on the above land. While securing the plots, the accused persons have bore grudge on the watchman family and trying to kill them. Due to previous grudge in the mid night hours at about 0140 hrs on 6/7-12-2019 while the complainant and Sharanappa sleeping in the house, the accused Thumkunta Madhava Reddy knocked the door while opened the door, suddenly the accused poured petrol on the complainant Srinivas and Sharanappa with an intention to kill them poured petrol by set ablaze, then the complainant escaping from the clutches of accused, then the accused set ablaze on Sharanappa with an intention to kill him.

 Motive behind the Murder.

The accused persons 1)Thumkunta Madhava Reddy 2)Samala Madhava Reddy & 3)Jakkula Surender Reddy are real estate business partners. Since 2005 they are claiming

that they are legal owners of Plot Nos 103 to 106 in Sr.No. 91/Part situated at Shiva Enclave, Old Bowenpally. The second party V.C.Prakash Reddy R/o. , also claiming that he is legal owner of the said plots in Sr.No.91/part. In this regard few cases were registered against the accused persons at PS Bowenpally from 2005.

Due to illegal trespassing at the alleged plot by the accused persons three years back the said V.C Prakash Reddy appointed watchman by name Srinivas, his wife Chinna laxmi N/o. Majidpalli village, Siddipet Dist, State and Sharanappa (Deceased) N/o. Medhahalli village, Chitradurga Taluka of Karnataka State to take care and look after the said plots and they are taking shelter at the said premises.

Accordingly on 05-12-2019 at about 1830 hrs the accused persons Thumkunta Madhava Reddy along with his associates Samala Madhava Reddy & Jakkula Surender Reddy and others have illegally trespassed into Plot no. 103 to 106 situated at Shiva Enclave, Bowenpally and demolished the compound wall with JCBs. While demolishing then the said watchman Sharanappa, Srinivas and his wife Chinna Laxmi obstructed them, then the prime accused Thumkunta Madhava Reddy beat the watchman P.Srinivas, Sharanappa with hands, meanwhile his wife Chinna Laxmi, Sharanappa interfere to rescue her husband, upon which the accused Thumkunta Madhava Reddy misbehaved and outraged her modesty by torn her blouse with hands and threatened them with dire consequences and escaped from the place.

In this connection basing on the same day i.e., on 5.12.2019 on the complaint of victim Smt. P.Parsa Chinna Laxmi W/o. P.Srinvas the SHO, Bowenpally PS registered a case in Cr.No. 471/2019, U/Sec. 448, 427, 323, 354(b), 509, 506 R/w. 34 IPC at Bowenpally PS. Efforts are continuing to apprehended the absconding accused persons.

The accused persons 1) Thumkunta Madhava Reddy 2) Samala Madhava Reddy & 3) Jakkula Surender Reddy have bore grudge on watchman Sharanappa because he has been strongly supporting to his owner V.C.Prakash Reddy and objecting the accused party not to enter into said alleged plots. Mainly on 5-12-2019 while the accused persons demolishing the compound wall, deceased Sharanappa strongly objected the accused party and scolded them in abusive language in publicly. Due to which the accused Samala Madhava Reddy felt insulted publicly as he has been residing in the same locality. In this connection the accused persons decided to eliminate the watchman Sharanappa.

 Executed Murder plan: As per their plan on 06-12-2019 in the night hours the accused persons attended at a function at Aushapur village, , Dist, while consuming liquor decided to execution of murder plan of Sharanappa. In order to execute their murder plan, the prime accused Thumkunta Madhava Reddy had purchased one litre petrol at petrol bunk, Asuhashapur, near Ghatkesar filled in a plastic bottle. After that the accused persons 1)Thumkunta Madhava Reddy, 2)Samala Madhava Reddy, 3) Jakkula Surender Reddy & 4) Nagesh Singh (Driver) started from Ghatkesar on their four wheeler vehicle Reg no. TS07BBTR-0716 (Fortuner) which belongs to the accused Jakkula Surender Reddy at midnight about 0130 hrs on the intervening night of 6/07-12-2019 reached at Shiva Enclave, Bowenpally

While the accused persons Samala Madhava Reddy & Jakkula Surender Reddy with the above Fortuner vehicle parked beside lane of plots and observing the surrounding, while the accused Thumkunta Madhava Reddy took the petrol bottle from their car & match box in his hands at midnight about 0140 hrs on 7/12/2019, knocked

the door of watchman house then Sharanappa opened the door then the accused Thumkunta Madhava Reddy poured petrol on Sharanppa and set ablaze with match stick and the accused persons sped away from the place in their above Fortuner vehicle.

On intimation immediately the Patrolling party of Bowenpally PS rushed to the spot and shifted the injured Sharnnappa to Gandhi Hospital for treatment, while undergoing treatment the injured succumbed with burn injuries on 13-12-2019 at 2030 hrs in Gandhi Hospital, Sec’bad.

Cr.No.471/2019, U/Sec. 448, 427, 323, 354(b), 506, 509 R/w. 34 IPC of Bowenpally

ARREST:-

On credible information the Task Force, North Zone Team in joint operation with Bowenpally Police apprehend the accused persons 1) Thumkunta Madhava Reddy (Prime accused) 2) Samala Madhava Reddy, 3) Jakkula Surender Reddy, 4) Dami Naresh Singh (Driver) on yester day night hours i.e on 13-12-2019 near Secunderabad Railway Station along with swift vehicle TS08GK2344 while they were about to escape from Hyderabad.

During the investigation, it is identified that some people knowingly assisted the accused persons who are involved in this case by giving shelter, provided sim cards, transportation Vehicle, Debit cards etc to avoid from Police apprehension.

On further investigation we will also arrest the accused persons who have assisted to the A1 to A4 in this case.

ARREST OF TWO INETR STATE CRIMINALS WHO HAVE COMMITTED THEFT OF DIAMONDS WORTH Rs. 40 LAKH FROM RIDDHI SIDDHI JEWELLERS ON 01-12-2019 BY THE CENTRAL ZONE POLICE

Two inter-state criminals have been arrested by Police of Central Zone for stealing diamonds (60.20 Carats) worth Rs. 40 Lakhs from the Jewelers shop Riddhi Siddhi Jewellers, , which was reported on 06-12-2019.

THE FACTS OF CASE:

Name of the Complainant: Sri Karan Agarwal, S/o Nand Kishore Agarwal, aged 36 years, R/o. Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad.

Place of Offence: Ridhi Siddhi Jewellers, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad

Property Lost: Diamonds (+11 size) weighing 60.20 carats (One Carat= Rs. 67,000/- approx.)

On 06-12-2019, Sri Karan Agarwal, owner of Riddhi Siddhi Jewellers, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad has lodged a complaint at Saifabad PS Stating that on 29-11-2019 two persons came to his jewellery shop for purchasing diamonds by introducing themselves as persons from Bangkok and one of them stated his name as Mayur ans claimed o be a resident of Bangkok. They stated to him that they came to attend a function of their relatives in Hyderabad and shared their number as +66617152600. On 30-11-2019 the complainant procured and showed diamonds wg.60.20 Carats to Mayur as required by him. Mayur insisted the complainant to put the diamonds in an envelope and seal the same so that they are not sold to anyone. Meanwhile another person, who accompanied Mayur has taken an empty envelope by saying that he wanted to gift some money in an envelope to his relative in the function. Thereafter Mayur and his friend went away saying that, they will come on the next day. On 01-12-2019, they visited the shop and asked the complainant to show the sealed packet who checked the seal packet containing diamonds and after few minutes, they have left the premises by saying that they will return after some time. As they didn’t turn up for buying even after lapse of 4 days, the complainant grew suspicious and checked the sealed cover and found fake diamonds in the seal cover. The Complainant came to conclusion that on 01.12.2019 the above said two persons have exchanged the seal cover with another sealed cover containing duplicate CZ diamonds, while the complainant was busy with another customer.

ACTION BY POLICE:

On receipt of the complaint, Saifabad Police registered a case in Cr.No. 689/2019 U/s 406 and 420 IPC. Later on the statements of the witnesses, they altered the section of law to 420 and 380 IPC.

The I.O. Visited the scene of offence, seized the duplicate CZ diamonds and invoice raised by Mussaddilal Jewellers from whom the complainant had purchased the diamonds. He has also verified and collected the CCTV footages from the Jewellery Shop.

EFFORTS BY POLICE IN NABBING THE THIEVES: Special teams have been formed to locate the absconding accused Mayur as well as his associate. Accordingly they verified the CCTV footage & utilized the technical tools in investigation, then reached Borivali, Mumbai of Maharashtra State and nabbed the accused persons Mayur Kishore Kumar Suru and his associate Ramesh Mansoor Thandeshwar at Borivali, Mumbai.

The accused persons disposed of the stolen booty at 58.71 Carats BDB (Bharat Diamond Bourse), BKC Complex, Bandra, East Mumbai for an amount of Rs. 14.69 lakhs and the same has been shared equally by the accused persons and spent by them to meet their expenses, clear debts, etc.

The police recovered the same i.e., Diamonds of 58.71 Carats from Daljit Birnani, Diamond Merchant and remaining diamonds i.e, 1.49 Carats from the possession of A2 Ramesh Mansoor Thandeshwar.

1) Ramesh Mansoor Thandeshwar, S/o, Mansur Thandeshwar, aged 65 yrs., Occ: Gold & Diamond Broker, R/o ------, Chikuwadi, Borivali West, Mumbai.

2) Mayur Kishore Kumar Suru, S/o Kishore Gordhan Das Suru, aged 44 years, Occ: Gold & Diamond Broker, R/o -----, Borivali West, Mumbai.

M.O & PREVIOUS CRIMINAL HISTORY OF THE ACCUSED:

The accused Mayur & Ramesh are gold smiths by profession. Both knew each other for the last 15 years and the accused Mayur has no past criminal history whereas the accused Ramesh Mansoor Thandeshwar was previously involved in 11 cheating cases in various police stations of Maharashtra State and also concerned in (5) Cheque bounce cases.

A.2 Ravi Kuril, S/o.Santosh Kuril, aged 21 yrs, Occ: Ganja seller, Caste: SC – Mochi), R/o.H.No.13-3-506/320/1, MCH Colony, Sanjay Nagar, near Sona Hotel, Jiyaguda, Hyderabad, N/o.Ingoli (V), Nanded (M) of Maharashtra State

(A.1 & A.2 were apprehended on 12.12.2019 at 1525 hrs and effected arrest)

A.3 Vikram Singh, S/o.late Ashok Singh, aged about 35 yrs, Caste: Lodha, R/o.Jummerath Bazar, Lower , Hyderabad is abscounding.

BRIEF HISTORY OF ACCUSED.

The A.1 & A.2 are childhood friends and both are addicted to social vices like drinking Alcohol, smoking, etc., As such both fell in debts. Since last (10) months on coming to know the Ganja Business, A.1 started indulging in ganja business by purchasing the same from villagers at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per KG and selling the same in higher rate. In the month of Oct-2019, A.1 sold the (4) KGs of Ganja to one BJCL, aged 17 yrs and on which a case was registered against BJCL & A.1 vide Cr.No.269/2019 under NDPS Act in PS Mangalhat. Since then A.1 is abscounded and took shelter in his native place. About one month back, A.1 returned to Hyderabad and again intend to start the Ganja and seek assistance of his childhood friend A.2. Both are agreed for Ganja business on sharing profit amount equally inbetween them. Since last one month onwards, A.1 & A.2 are purchasing the Ganja from A.3 Vikram Singh at the rate of Rs.4,000/- per KG and selling the same to needy customers in high rate by moving on Honda Dio bike in Dhoolpet area. On 12.12.2019 at 1400 hrs, A.1 & A.2 purchased (8) KGs of Ganja (4 packs each 2 KGs) sfrom A.3 at Jummerath bazar, Lower Dhoolpet on credit basis at the rate of Rs.4,000/- per KG. After that both A.1 & A.2 came into bylane of Raheempura ground, Mangalhat for selling the same to needy customers and waiting on said bike. At about 1525 hrs, Sri J.Jagan, SI & PC Mahesh noticed the A.1 & A.2 and apprehended with possession of Ganja in black colour bag & Honda Dio bike.

The case is under investigation with Sri G.Ranaveer Reddy, SHO, P.S Mangalhat and under supervision of Sri M.Narendar Reddy, ACP, Divn Hyd. And the superior officer appreciated good work done by Police Mangalhat.

PRESS NOTE

On 13-12-2019 WCO Team I, CCS, DD, Hyderabad arrested Two Ex-Bank employees namely 1. Parvez Zaheer, Age 61 years, Occ Rtd. Chief Manager, Central Bank of , R/o Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 2. Bejjenki Rambabu, Age 62 years, Occ Rtd. Senior Manager, Central Bank of India, R/o Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad both were worked at Branch.

On the complaint of Chief manager of Central Bank of India, Musheerabad Branch Hyderabad on 01-09-2018 above case registered at CCS, DD, Hyderabad against the accused persons Parvez Zaheer and Bejjenki Rambabu are Bank Officials conspired with Mohammed Imran and others created fake / fabricated land documents with the connivance of bank officials and the bank accused officials were sanctioned the C.C loan Rs. 70 Lakhs to the accused person Mohd Imran. The arrested accused persons colluded with other accused persons and caused wrong full loss to the Central Bank of India , Musheerabad Branch, Hyderabad.

The case is being investigated by Sri. M. Anjaiah, Sub-Inspector of Police and his team under the supervision of Sri. M. Srinivasa Rao, Inspector, Sri. K. Ram Kumar, ACP, CCS, DD, Hyderabad.
