Flow conditions in the region prior the March floods are stranded at the highest water elevation. The best HWMs are illustrated by the daily mean flow for the 2010 water year in small seeds or floating debris that adhere to smooth surfaces or relation to the 10th-, 25th-, 50th-, 75th-, and 90th-percentile lodge in tree bark that forms a distinct water line.
