1234567—this is the sublot number that JCP’s system assigns each individual product provided to you by JCP Buying Team. Sub = 123, Lot = 4567. Sublot is the 7 digit combination of the two. A—used to distinguish each unique sublot and color of a product. M—ALWAYS include “M.” This tells our internal systems that this is a merchandise image. VA— ALWAYS include “VA.” This tells our internal systems that this is a vendor provided image. FV —this is for the view of the image. Below legend provides acceptable image views to use in this field. There can only be one FV image per sublot and color. COLOR—this is the color name for the image. Color name should match what is setup in our JCP system provided to you by JCP Buying Team. This MUST be capitalized. Spaces are NOT allowed. ENS - EFV and EBV images have to have an Ensemble ID prior to the lot Number. PP - PPA and PPV image have to have a Product Presentation ID prior to the lot number.
