Nic Cormaic and her family on the death of her mother, Deirdre R.I.P. A vote of condolence was passed with the families of Captain Dara Fitzpatrick and Captain Mark Duffy of the Coast Guard Helicopter Rescue 116 who died tragically while carrying out a 1 rescue mission on the west coast of Ireland on 14th March 2017.
