At the same time, the remaining beneficiaries took up their trade in their own plots of land which are scattered in different places. Most of the prospective beneficiaries already have land of their own, and these private land were tried to be put under unique compact areas. This is mainly due to the fact that massive land distribution was made during the earlier NLUP period, and consequently, most of the permanent residents of this village have land of their own to start with land based activities under NLUP. Meanwhile, the village council decided to accommodate all prospective beneficiaries who want to undertake vety in Bawng Farm compact area. This area has already hosted 13 families engaged in cattle rearing.
