TOUR CONDITIONS

$250 Deposit is due at time of Reservation. Balance of payment is due on or before FRIDAY, February 20, 2015.

ARRANGEMENTS: The tour price includes planning, handling and operational charges and is quoted on the current tariff rates and airfares in effect as of May 21, 2014.. In event of a marked increase or decrease in tariff rates, the cost is subject to revi- sion.

CREDIT CARDS: The tour price is a cash price. If you wish to use a credit card to pay for your vacation a fee of $100 must be added to the tour price to cover the cost of accepting credit cards. Credit Price is $2,895 per person, double occupancy.

AIRLINE TICKETING: For ticketing purposes your legal first and last names are required, and should match your photo identification that you will carry with you on the tour. Once airline tickets have been issued and a ticket requires a name change be- cause of incorrect information supplied to our office, the client is responsible for any applicable airline charges.

TOUR PRICING: This is a package tour in which land tour costs and special group airfares have been combined in the most advantageous way. Should you wish to take the land tour only or deviate from the package tour by changing your departure and/ or return dates of travel, this will eliminate the advantages of the package tour price and special group airfares. There will be a service charge of $100 per person, plus the additional cost for the change in airfare. NOTE: All requests for deviations and/or changes in the dates of travel or itinerary must be received in our office, in writing, no later than 75 days prior to departure of the tour.

TRIP CANCELLATION, BAGGAGE AND MEDICAL INSURANCE: Your tour price includes trip cancellation, baggage and medical insurance. The insurance program does not cover cancellation for non-medical reasons. The insurance includes trip can- cellation insurance up to the full price of the tour; Trip Interruption up to 150% of the tour cost; Travel Delay - $750; Baggage Delay - $400; Accident & Sickness/Medical - $50,000; Evacuation/Repatriation - $250,000; Accident/Death & Dismemberment-$25,000.

CANCELLATION: If after making your initial deposit you find it necessary to cancel from the tour for any reason, there will be a charge of $100 per person up to 90 days prior to departure. Less than 90 days prior to departure deposits/payments are non- refundable unless the optional trip insurance was purchased. SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING PRICING: The tour price as quoted is based on tariffs in effect for estimated 2015 prices as of May 21, 2014. Tour prices do increase every year, and it is therefore possible that increases could occur after the printing of this brochure in advance of your tour’s departure. InterTrav Corporation will do everything possible to avoid an increase in the tour cost. However, should increases occur in airfares, hotel prices, coach transportation costs, they will be added to the tour cost and passen- gers will be notified accordingly. Should an increase in price occur, notifications would be sent to tour members in writing no later than 15 days prior to departure.
