John Wayne said Moab is “where God put the West”. This evening join us for a get-acquainted dinner. Tour the Movie Museum at Red Cliff’s Lodge. After dinner, enjoy a western film, made right here in Moab. Also enjoy some wine tasting while you enjoy the lodge. Overnight Moab Day 2: Dead Horse Point / Canyonlands National Park / Arches National Park Experience a Wild West Breakfast with beautiful views of the Colorado River. Then, we’ll venture to Dead Horse Point State Park and visit Canyonlands National Park. Enjoy a Colorado Riverside Lunch. After lunch you’ll tour Arches Nation- al Park a popular area for films. Finish the day with a relaxing Cowboy Style Dutch Oven dinner and the World famous Sound and Light Show on the Colorado River. Overnight Moab Day 3: Arches / Monument Valley Start the day with an All-American breakfast. After lunch you’ll enjoy an exciting 2 hour jetboat/ 2 hour 4x4 combo that takes you into the heart of the Canyon Country. Then enjoy Navajo Fry Bread on the bank of the river. After Lunch you’ll have free time to shop in downtown Moab and have dinner on your own. Overnight Moab Day 4: Monument Valley Then enter the Navajo Nation on your way to Monument Valley, the most filmed area in the entire West. Take plenty of pictures before you travel to Kanab, also known as “Little Hollywood.” Tonight join the group for a western BBQ dinner. Overnight Kanab Day 5: Zion / Bryce Canyon Today, visit the sheer red cliffs and 2,000-foot-high towers of, Zion National Park. After a picnic lunch, depart for nearby Bryce Canyon National Park for sightseeing. Overnight Bryce Canyon Day 6: Bryce / Salt Lake City Depart Bryce Canyon for Salt Lake City, a favorite with filmmakers Enjoy a city tour and then join the group for a special farewell dinner. Overnight Salt Lake City Day 7: Journey Home This morning you’ll enjoy the “heavenly singing” of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir (choir schedule permitting) before transferring to the airport to begin your journey home.
