Opel Grandland X 1.2 Turbo Online Edition Martijn Verhoef 7 april 2018 Grootse plannen Kennen we de Opel Antara nog? Het was Opels eerste poging om een midi-SUV op de markt te brengen. Een groot succes betekende deze auto niet voor Opel, maar met de Mokka was het merk er daarna wel als de kippen bij om ook in het cross-oversegment een graantje mee te pikken. Door de familieband met General Motors kon Opel putten uit ervaring die opgedaan is in markten waar crossovers en SUV's al veel langer populair zijn. Met de overname door PSA en de uitgebreide flirt die hieraan vooraf ging, kwam ineens een heel andere samenwerking in beeld. Het resulteerde allereerst in de Crossland X, die veel technisch verwantschap met de Peugeot 2008 heeft. Daarna werd de Grandland X gepresenteerd, die in dezelfde klasse als de Peugeot 3008 valt en ook veel techniek met deze auto deelt. Wij gingen op pad om te kijken of de Grandland X wel een echte Opel is. We kenden de Grandland X al van de informatie die bij de introductie van het model werd rondgestuurd. De auto werd daarin gepresenteerd met de schitterende lakkleur Topaz Blue. Maar het 'Golden Sunstone' waarin de testauto is gespoten, is wat minder liefde op het eerste gezicht. Maar alles went en uiteindelijk vinden we het goud best goed passen bij de zwarte accenten die op de auto zijn aangebracht. -

www.theicct.org BRIEFING APRIL 2019 Vehicle registration tax as a policy instrument to help reduce CO2 emissions and fuel consumption in Turkey Vehicle taxes in Turkey are among the highest in all of Europe. In particular, the Turkish registration tax on new passenger cars (Özel Tüketim Vergisi, or ÖTV) has a strong impact on consumer purchase behavior and vehicle market structure.1 However, the ÖTV currently does not directly take into account the emissions level of a vehicle, and thereby provides only a limited incentive for consumers to opt for passenger cars with low- or zero-emissions.
