Five Year Housing Land Supply As of 31 March 2019
Five Year Housing Land Supply as of 31st March 2019 1.0 Housing Requirement 1.1 Due to the under delivery of houses in Allerdale (for the areas outside the Lake District National Park Authority) (see Table 1), the Council considers it prudent that a 5% buffer is applied to the annual housing target, consistent with the Housing Delivery Test. The shortfall of dwellings will be addressed in the short term and therefore this buffer has been added to the five year land supply target in full, as per the Sedgefield method.
