Diocesan Policy Regarding Youth Protection Every allegation of child abuse must be reported to Child Protection Services, an agency of Indiana State government. Any person who has “reason to believe” must report the allegation to authorities and inform the Victims Assistance Coordinator for the diocese at 490-9565.
