VOLUNTEER PACKAGE AND PAYMENT Standard volunteer package is $75.00 and includes a golf shirt, hat, name badge, logoed lanyard and two golf coupons for use at PGA National Resort (must work 3 shifts and/or 18 or more hours to receive golf coupons).
Junior volunteer package is $20.00 and includes a Honda Classic t-shirt, hat, name badge for tournament entry and logoed lanyard. Students are asked to complete two volunteer shifts. Students ages 13-21 can apply for admissions, standard bearer, uniform distribution, volunteer value shop, volunteer headquarters, child care* & will call. *Child care applicants must be 17 years or older.
Junior with parent volunteer package is $35.00 and includes a Honda Classic t-shirt for the child and parent, hat, name badges for tournament entry and logoed lanyard. Student’s ages 7-12 can only participate in the “walk with a parent” standard bearer program (if space is available).

The Honda Classic Volunteer Release and Waiver of All Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement

In connection with my activities and/or the activities of my minor child, I acknowledge the provision of my time and services, and/or the time or services of my minor child, are as a volunteer at the 2021 Honda Classic Golf Tournament (the “Tournament”) being held at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (the “Club”) without the expectation of payment and I understand, neither I nor my minor child, will be compensated in connection with the Tournament. I acknowledge neither I nor my minor child is, or will be, an employee of the Club, The Honda Classic, Children’s Healthcare Charity, Inc. (“CHC”), Nicklaus Children’s Healthcare Foundation, the PGA TOUR, IMG Worldwide, LLC (“IMG”), WME, Endeavor, any sponsor of the Tournament, or any of their respective officers, partners, directors, members, employees, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, successors and assigns, as well as any other volunteer (the “Tournament Parties”). I agree to comply, and cause my minor child, to comply (to the extent applicable), with all Tournament and Club rules.
In connection with my and/or my minor child’s activities as a volunteer at the Club for the Tournament, I agree and understand the presence of me and/or my minor child at the Tournament and any volunteer work or services performed by me and/or my minor child for the Tournament Parties may expose me and/or my minor child to both known and unanticipated risks of harm or injury. In consideration of and as a prerequisite to the participation of me and/or my minor child as a volunteer, I, for myself and/or my minor child (to the extent applicable), acknowledge that such risks exist, hereby assume all such risks, and release and discharge the Tournament Parties and each of them from any and all claims for liability for personal injury (including death) and property damage that I and/or my minor child may suffer while performing such volunteer work or service, whether or not on the premises of the Club, including, without limitation, any claim arising out of any condition of the premises owned by any of the Tournament Parties, or the conduct of any person in connection with, supervision of or conduct of the Tournament or any practice round or activity connected or related to the Tournament. I further understand the Tournament Parties may not maintain insurance which will cover me and/or my minor child for personal injury, property damage or medical expenses, and I accept full responsibility for the costs of treatment for any injury or damages suffered by me and/or my minor child while participating as a volunteer in connection with the Tournament. I further agree, in case any action being brought for or on behalf of, myself and/or my minor child on account of any injury or damage sustained by me and/or my minor child while volunteering in connection with the Tournament, I will be personally responsible to, and agree to repay to, any of the Tournament Parties and hold each of them harmless against any amounts recovered in connection with any such action and all related costs incurred.
In connection with Tournament volunteer activities, including the activities of an underage volunteer (“Minor”) for whom consent is given as such Minor’s legal guardian, volunteers and applicable legal guardians (“Volunteers”) agree and understand that presence during the Tournament at the Tournament location (the “Facility”) and any volunteer work or services performed for the Tournament, the Facility, PGA TOUR, the title sponsor of the Tournament (if any), their affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, agents, members, employees and officials as well as any other volunteer (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) may expose volunteers to unknown and unanticipated risks of harm or injury. In particular, I acknowledge I have received and read the “Specific Notice Regarding COVID- 19 to Volunteers” provided to me.
In consideration of and as a prerequisite to participation as a volunteer, volunteers and legal guardians on behalf of Minors acknowledge that such risks exist, assume all such risks including all risks related to COVID-19, and release and discharge the Indemnified Parties from any and all claims for liability for personal injury or illness (including death) or property damage that such volunteers or Minors may suffer while performing the volunteer work or service, whether or not on the premises of the Facility, including, without limitation, any claim arising out of any condition of the premises owned by the Facility or used by PGA TOUR for, or conduct of any person during preparation, supervision or conduct of, the Tournament or any practice round or activity related to it. Volunteers accept full responsibility for the costs of treatment for any illness and/or injury or damages suffered while volunteering in connection with the Tournament. Volunteers acknowledge having read this release and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein in consideration for performing volunteer services.
INTEGRITY PROGRAM: The PGA TOUR Integrity Program is intended to maintain integrity and prevent betting-related corruption in PGA TOUR competitions. Each volunteer is subject to the terms of the PGA TOUR Integrity Program Manual (the “Integrity Program Manual”). The Integrity Program Manual, among other things: prohibits volunteers from betting on the Tournament and providing inside information to third parties for purposes of betting on the Tournament; and requires volunteers to report any violations of the Integrity Program Manual to the TOUR. A violation of the Integrity Program may result in dismissal from volunteering for the Tournament, among other consequences.
I have fully informed myself of the contents of this release by reading it and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein in consideration for performing volunteer services. By finalizing and processing the completed application, I acknowledge that:
IMG (or a third party on behalf of IMG) may undertake a check of my background; My volunteer position and/or the volunteer position of my minor child is not guaranteed, nor if granted, guaranteed for any length of time and that the Club, the Honda Classic, CHC, the PGA TOUR and IMG may deny or end my or my minor child’s volunteer opportunity at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. I give the Tournament, the Club, the PGA TOUR, the Honda Classic, CHC, IMG, and any entity broadcasting coverage of the Tournament (including CBS and the Golf Channel) the right to use, re-use, publish and republish my and/or my minor child’s name and biographical material and photographic portraits, pictures or video of me and/or my minor child, or in which I and/or my minor child may be included in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character in archival or advertising print media and/or footage in perpetuity. The Club, the Tournament, the PGA TOUR, the Honda Classic, CHC, and IMG do not discriminate in the selection among volunteer applications on the basis of race, sex, color, creed, age, national origin, religion, or disability.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be legally unenforceable or void, such unenforceable or void provision shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof and may be severed from the remaining provisions as appropriate, to the extent permitted by law. I agree on behalf of myself and/or my minor child (to the extent applicable) that any and all disputes arising hereunder or with respect to this Release and Waiver shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration, before a single arbitrator, in accordance with the JAMS Commercial Arbitration Rules & Procedures. The arbitration award in any such arbitration may be confirmed by any court of competent jurisdiction. Any such arbitration shall take place in the state of Florida. Notwithstanding the foregoing, I acknowledge and agree that I may be asked to enter into a separate Arbitration Agreement and such Arbitration Agreement, when executed, shall take precedence only to the extent it conflicts with one or more terms contained in this release and waiver.
By signing below, I express my understanding and intent to enter into Release and Waiver of All Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement willingly and voluntarily on behalf of myself and/or my minor child (to the extent applicable), as applicable.

SPECIFIC NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19 TO VOLUNTEERS
The novel coronavirus known as COVID-19 is a great concern for us all. In particular, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) states that based on currently available information and clinical expertise, older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. More information about who may be at higher risk may be found at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need- extra-precautions/people-at-higher-risk.html. If you have any questions about whether you should participate in The Honda Classic, please contact an appropriate health care provider.
While The Honda Classic has undertaken a number of measures to help mitigate the risk transmission of COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses, elimination of risk of exposure and infection to COVID-19 is not currently possible. Therefore, we understand if you cannot or do not wish to participate this year and hope we can count on your participation in the future should circumstances change. Whether you are able to join us again this year, or in the future, we appreciate you being part of the PGA TOUR volunteer family.
Should you choose to participate in The Honda Classic, you must follow all safety measures implemented by the Tournament with respect to COVID-19. In particular, you may be required to do the following:
Submit to screening for symptoms of COVID-19, as identified by the CDC at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html including temperature checks on a regular basis;
Submit to possible COVID-19 testing to the extent required by the Tournament;
Maintain social distancing (staying at least 6 feet - about 2 arms’ length - from other people) whenever possible;
Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer that contains 60% alcohol including the hand sanitizer provided by the Tournament as often as possible;
Wear personal protective equipment such as facecloths or masks that meet CDC guidelines, such as those that may be provided to you by the Tournament, in such circumstances when directed by the Tournament;
Use sanitizing and disinfecting wipes provided by the Tournament as directed by the Tournament; and
Practice “Safer at Home” behaviors when not at tournament during tournament week including social distancing whenever possible, avoiding unnecessary trips and unnecessary interactions, and wearing masks whenever social distancing is not possible.
Further information about the requirements for each Tournament will be provided once volunteer assignments have been made.
