3rd day Breakfast in the local pastry shop. A guided tour around the Sicilian Baroque Capital - the city of Noto. Tasting of local fine wines in a historic winery in Noto. Time for lunch on your own in Noto. Free time in the afternoon **. Typical dinner with a guided tasting of local olive oils. Overnight stay.
4th day Breakfast in the local pastry shop. Urban trekking in in the historic center of Palazzolo Acreide. (The day can be dedicated to extra activities * chosen by the guests in advance). Lunch on your own***. Free time in the afternoon **. Typical Sicilian dinner with a guided tasting of local cheeses. Overnight stay.
5th day Breakfast in the local pastry shop. A guided tour of the glorious Syracuse, a boat ride in the splendid bay of Ortigia and papyrus laboratory activity at the Papyrus Museum of Prof. Basile. Free time for lunch on your own in Syracuse. Free time in the afternoon **. Typical dinner with guided tasting of best local cured meats and salami. Overnight stay.
6th day Breakfast in the local pastry shop. Archaeological trekking in Palazzolo Acreide and surroundings. (The day can be dedicated to extra activities * chosen by the guests in advance).
