Replies to Starred Questions No. 187 – 193 listed for the day, but not called for answers within the time available during Question hour shall be circulated and form part of the proceedings of the day. b) Unstarred Questions : Replies to Unstarred Questions No. 71 - 90 were laid on the Table of the House. 11:33 AM SPECIAL MENTION Immediately after question hour, Pu T.Sangkunga availed Special Mention in regard to the allegation made by Pu Lalduhoma, President, ZNP through the media regarding Skill Development Training organized by the Mizoram Youth Commission. He asserted that the allegation was unwarranted and baseless. He further stated that, on contrary to the allegation, the youth have got gainful employment through this scheme. 11:47 AM LEAVE OF ABSENCE Leave of Absence was granted to: 1. Pu Chalrosanga 2. Pu S.Laldingliana 11:48 AM ELECTION TO FINANCIAL COMMITTEE The Hon’ble Speaker announced Pi Vanlalawmpuii Chawngthu elected as member of Committee on Estimates uncontested. 2 11:49 AM LAYING OF PAPER Pu P.C. LALTHANLIANA, Minister to lay on the table of the House a statement of correction on the reply given on the 24 th November, 2014 to Starred Question No. 205, Ballot No. 149 asked by Pu Lalruatkima regarding “PWD (Act) hnuaia 3% reservation chungchang”. 11:51 AM FINANCIAL BUSINESS DISCUSSION AND VOTING ON DEMANDS Pu C. NGUNLIANCHUNGA , Minister submitted to the House Demand No. 18, 30 and 34 in respect of the Departments under his charge for ` 22042.27 lakh for discussion and voting of the House. Pu LAL THANHAWLA , Hon’ble Chief Minister submitted to the House Demand No. 1, 2, 3, 5, 11, 13, 15, 26, 27, 39 an 45 in respect of the Departments under his charge for ` 123994.43 lakh for discussion and voting of the House. NGUNLIANCHUNGA , Minister wound up the discussion on the Demands in respect of the Departments under his charge and reacted to points raised by the Members. 4:00 PM : The Hon’ble Speaker took the consent of the House to continue the Business. 4:31 PM : On concluding the wind up, Pu C. Ngunlianchunga, Minister moved that his Demands be passed by the House as under: Amount Demand (` in lakh) No. 18 Printing & Stationery 1362.76 30 Disaster Management & Rehabilitation 2735.44 34 Animal Husbandry & Veterinary 17944.07 TOTAL 22042.27 The Demands were put to the vote of the House and were passed unanimously. 4:32 PM : Pu LAL THANHAWLA , Hon’ble Chief Minister wound up the discussion on the Demands in respect of the Departments under his charge and briefly highlighted steps taken by the Departments. Leave having been granted, he introduced the Bill. He moved the Bill for consideration of the House. 5:34 PM : The Bill was put to the vote of the House and was passed unanimously. 5:35 PM : The Hon’ble Speaker gave summary of the Session. 5:40 PM : The sitting was adjourned Sine Die.
