As the Millennials move up in the world, one of the principal challenges facing us, as a community, is being intentional and specific in embracing them and providing leadership opportunities that fulfill their desire to give back and be an active part of something greater than themselves. Millennials are profoundly socially-conscious and care, deeply, about the world around them. Thus, community, philanthropy and volunteerism are of the utmost importance to them.
