Did you know that a significant number of Premium Series Club members have been attending the Rogers Cup (previously known as the Players International, Players Challenge, du Maurier Open, Matinee International...) for more than 25, 30, even 40 consecutive years? Attending the event each year has been a regular outing for many families and corporations. It’s marked off on summer calendars each year and becomes a homecoming of sorts for so many tennis fans. Several years ago, we created a Premium Series Club “Loyalty Program” to recognize and show appreciation for this ongoing support. On every 5 year anniversary members are provided with gifts and money-can’t-buy experiences during the Rogers Cup. If 2017 is your “anniversary year”, you will be hearing from us! If this is your first year as a Premium Series Club member, we hope you will continue to visit every summer. We strive to give our members the best possible experience at the Rogers Cup. Your support of tennis in Canada through your series purchase is extremely valuable and important to Tennis Canada. We are incredibly grateful. 3 IDENTIFICATION & DELIVERY FORM CORPORATE IDENTIFICATION All Premium Series Club members with a minimum of two seats may receive a sign identifying your company or name. If you would like to change your current identification or if you are a new guest, please complete the online form below and submit by June 19, 2017. TICKET DELIVERY Please complete form below with your delivery instructions. All Premium Series Club tickets will be delivered via Canada Post Xpresspost service with a signature required, unless advised otherwise. Contact your sales representative for more details. 5 PREMIUM SERIES CLUB BENEFITS INFINITI VIP LOUNGE, NATIONAL BANK PREMIUM SERIES CLUB LOUNGE AND BISTRO Your ticket provides access to the exclusive INFINITI VIP LOUNGE where food and beverages are available for purchase through our caterers, Marigolds & Onions. Premium Series Club member activities will take place in the National Bank Premium Series Club Lounge. The Lounge is accessible only with your Premium Series ticket. A schedule of exclusive events will be sent to you closer to the tournament date. The BISTRO is located within the INFINITI VIP Lounge. It will feature a fixed price, high-end buffet which is the same menu that the players enjoy; a favourite on the WTA tour. The buffet ser vice will allow you to get to Centre Cour t promptly to catch all the ac tion. With limited space we recommend you make reservations for the Bistro by calling: 416.650.7085. RESERVED GRANDSTAND SEATING Prime north end seats and a limited number courtside seats on the east and west side of Grands- tand Court will be reserved for Premium Series Club ticketholders on a first-come, first serve-ba- sis. Present your Premium Series ticket to gain access to these areas. Please note that your qualifying weekend tickets are specifically for Grandstand Court. 6 PREMIUM SERIES CLUB BENEFITS CALIFORNIA WINES CONCOURSE LOUNGE Premium Series Club members have access to the exclusive California Wines Concourse Lounge conveniently located on the north end of the concourse level of the stadium. This air-conditioned lounge offers a place to relax with a glass of wine and some light snacks. Be sure to visit – you may not want to leave. Located between sections 101 & 105. MAYFAIR CLUBS VIP PRACTICE COURT PATIO Exclusive to Premium Series Club members, enjoy the outdoor patio overlooking the practice courts and see how the pros prepare for their match. Tripods, monopods and camcorders are not allowed. If found at the gate, you will be asked to return these items to your vehicle before entry is permitted. We ask that photographs at Centre Court only be taken from your seat or behind the railing, and that it not interfere with any other guest’s enjoyment of the match.

    2015 BTC National Conference presented by the TPA with Andy Sutton, Alan Ma & Albert Fong The Tennis Professionals Association presents a professional development opportunity during the 2015 BTC National Conference led by Andy Sutton, Alan Ma, & Albert Fong. Tennis Canada and the Provincial Tennis Associations created the BTC Strategy in 2001 in order to grow and promote tennis at the grassroots level across Canada. The annual BTC conference brings in volunteers and tennis organizers from across the country for a weekend of networking, learning and sharing experiences. Currently the Head Tennis Professional at Mayfair Parkway and Mayfair East, Andy Sutton is a certified Coach 3 and Club Pro 3 as well as the Head Course Facilitator for the Ontario Tennis Association. Alan Ma has been the program manager of the Jane/Finch Community Tennis Association since 2011. He is a CP1 certified pro and has been a member of the Community Department at Tennis Canada since 2014 where he oversees league implementation in communities across Canada. Albert Fong is the first Community Champion and Leader of the Little Aces project, an initiative piloted in Mississauga by Tennis Canada in the spring of 2010. Albert forges partnerships amongst community leaders to introduce Kids Tennis programs in schools, clubs, and community centres. In this thesis, I make the case that the achievement gap and lack of social mobility faced by African American students can be attributed to the fact that urban schools have not set the conditions for equality of opportunity. I argue that the crux of the problem is mainly cultural; specifically, that the home culture of students is not utilized in the classroom, nor is the dominant culture explicitly taught in order to impart priceless cultural capital.
