Da Vinci 44,10095 Grugliasco (TO) Italy V številnih severnoevropskih državah so uvedli zakonodajne ukrepe da bi preprečili negativne učinke zanašanja pripravkov za varstvo rastlin na okolje. Razvili so sistem varovalnih pasov s katerim so omogočili nadaljevanje uporabe nekaterih za okolje manj prijaznih pripravkov. Širina varovalnih pasov je prilagojena vrsti opreme za nanos pripravkov, odmerku in lastnostim posameznega pripravka ter lastnostim biotopov v neposredni bližini s pripravki tretiranih zemljišč (vodni viri, naselja, občutljivi biotopi, …). Razvili so tudi klasifikacijo opreme za nanašanje glede na stopnjo tveganja za pojave zanašanja pripravkov izven območja nanosa. V mediteranskih deželah so do sedaj v zvezi s to tematiko opravili malo raziskav. Naraščajoča skrb glede varovanja okolja in potreba po usklajevanju zakonodaje znotraj Evropske unije je privedla do razvoja skupnih usmeritev na tem področju. Z namenom ovrednotenja problema zanašanja pripravkov v italijanskih vinogradih in sadovnjakih so izvedli študijo, ki je potekala skladno s standardom (ISO DIS 22866). Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da ima na obseg zanašanja pripravkov v okolico sadovnjakov in vinogradov zelo velik vpliv gojitvena oblika – struktura krošnje dreves in oblika listne stene vinograda. Pri vinogradih z ožjimi medvrstnimi razdaljami in gostejšo listno steno so bile izmerjene vrednosti količine v okolico zanesenih pripravkov manjše, kot v vinogradih z večjimi medvrstnimi razdaljami in ožjimi listnimi stenami. Velike vrednosti depozitov pripravkov zanesenih izven območja tretiranja so bile izmerjene v nasadih, kjer so škropljenja opravljali s pršilniki z veliko kapaciteto za izmenjavo zraka in kjer so uporabljali šobe, ki oblikujejo drobne kapljice. Z uporabo antidriftnih šob so dosegli značilno zmanjšanje zanašanja. Ključne besede: zanašanje pripravkov, vinogradi, sadovnjaki, antidriftne šobe, pršilniki ABSTRACT Legislative measures and technical solution able to reduce spray drift in arboreal crop In several Northern European countries legislative measures have been introduced to prevent the negative effects of spray drift on the environment. The use of buffer zones has been introduced to enable the continued use of some environmentally sensitive pesticides. The width of these is dependant the type of equipment used, the applied pesticide dosage and the features of the area adjacent to the treated field (i.e. presence of surface water, urban sites, etc.) (Gilbert, 2000). Also, a classification of spraying equipment, according to drift risk, has been defined (Herbst and Ganzelmeier, 2000; Walklate et al., 2000). In Mediterranean countries, relatively little research has been carried out on this subject. Nevertheless, the rising concerns about environmental safety and the need to harmonise legislative measures for the mitigation of drift risks is a European Union directive. With the purpose of quantifying the problem of spray drift in Italian vineyards and orchards, a specific study has 7 been carried out following the International guidelines (ISO DIS 22866). The results indicate a considerable influence of the canopy characteristics on the amount of drift deposit assessed on the ground in the area adjacent to the vineyard orchard sprayed. The vineyard featured by a narrower spacing and compact vegetation gave lower drift than the vineyard featured by wider spacing and thinner canopy. Higher values of drift were always observed when fine droplets and high air flow rates were used, while adopting air inclusion nozzles gave considerable drift reductions. Key words: application drift, vineyards, orchards, drift reducing nozzles, sprayers ♣♣♣ Postopek testiranja pršilnikov za pridobitev deklaracije z oznako "oprema za zmanjševanje pojava zanašanja" v Nemčiji Dirk RAUTMANN, Andreas HERBST Federal Biological Research Centre, Messeweg 11-12, D-38104 Braunschweig Zmanjševanje zanašanja (drifta) pri nanosu pripravkov za varstvo rastlin je eno glavnih orodij za zmanjševanje tveganja za okolje pri njihovi uporabi. Zato je potrebno določanje varnostnih pasov in uporaba opreme, ki zmanjšuje obseg aplikacijskega zanašanja in s tem izpostavljenost neciljnih organizmov in površinskih voda. V Nemčiji je podeljevanje dovoljenj (registracij) za dajanje fitofarmacevtskih sredstev na trg tesno povezano s predhodnim določanjem velikosti varovalnih pasov za aplikacijo ob vodnih virih in tudi z lastnostmi opreme za nanos, povezanimi s potencialom za povzročanje zanašanja. Leta 1993 so pričeli oblikovati register opreme, ki je deklarirana, kot oprema za zmanjševanje zanašanja (Drift reducing equipment DRE; Verzeichnis Verlustmindernde (Abdriftmindernde) Geräte). Trenutni register vsebuje podatke za 250 vrst naprav, ki uradno izpolnjujejo s standardi deklarirane lastnosti. Proizvajalci opreme (pršilnikov, škropilnic, šob, …) so dolžni pred dajanjem novih naprav na trg ustanovi BBA (Biologische Bundesanstalt für Land- und Forstwirtschaft) podati vlogo za uvrstitev njihovih naprav v register DRE. Ustanova BBA najprej ugotovi ustreznost opreme za namene, za katere je deklarirana uporaba. Ko je zaključen prvi ciklus pregleda tehnične skladnosti z namenom uporabe, dobi naprava prvo deklaracijo v obliki BBA nalepke in šele potem pristopijo k testiranju lastnosti glede zmanjševanja zanašanja. Pri testiranju nove naprave glede značilnosti zanašanja, vrednosti ugotovljene pri meritvah zanašanja v standardnih protokolih, primerjajo z vrednostmi referenčne standardne opreme značilne za nemško tržišče, ki so podane v registru podatkov imenovanem "basic drift values".     D.T3.3.1 Template for reporting Pilot Actions Results PA3 related to the public pilot buildings in Slovenia (D.T.3.3.4) 10 Executive summary This template is delivered for reporting pilot actions with technical description and documentation about the combination/selection and application of the integrated measures applied in pilot buildings. Partners are required to include a presentation of their Pilot Action, providing with an overview of the implemented activities and results achieved. Each partner has to produce this report using information and content collected at local level with the support of the managers/users/negotiating panels of the involved buildings. It is not requested to included detailed information for each single building involved (a part some specific information about the energy consumption) as detailed information have been already provided in the PILOT CONCEPT DESIGNS. Exemplification, reference to specific context are welcome. Note for the authors: please provide information in all the requested text boxes. You have to consider that the provided information will serve to prepare other project documents/deliverables such as the final e-book. For that reason, it is important to write clearly to create the conditions that everyone can understand and get the added value you want to share with the “external” audience.     Arheološki vestnik 71, 2020, 77–132; DOI: https://doi.org/10.3986/AV.71.02 77 Sledovi poselitve iz zgodnje bakrene dobe v Hočah Settlement remains from the Early Chalcolithic period in Hoče (Slovenia) Bine KRAMBERGER Izvleček V članku so celovito predstavljeni sledovi poselitve iz zgodnje bakrene dobe, odkriti v letih 1988 in 1989 ob gra- dnji orglarske delavnice v Spodnjih Hočah. Raziskave so med drugim razkrile pet naselbinskih jam, jame za stojke ter lončenino in kamnita orodja iz tega časa. Keramično gradivo kaže tehnološke, oblikovne in ornamentalne značilnosti lasinjske kulture in ne odstopa od gradiva, ki ga poznamo iz sočasnih bližnjih naselij v Podravju in Dravinjskih goricah. Povezave se kažejo predvsem s sočasnimi naselji na Dolenjskem, Gorenjskem in Štajerskem, v nekoliko manjši meri z naselji v Prekmurju in na zahodnem Madžarskem. Ključne besede: severovzhodna Slovenija; Spodnje Hoče; zgodnja bakrena doba; naselje; zemljanke; keramične najdbe; kamnito orodje Abstract The article presents settlement remains from the Chalcolithic period, which were found in the years 1988 and 1989, while the construction of an Organ Workshop in Spodnje Hoče (north-eastern Slovenia). Among other things, the re- search has revealed five settlement pits, post holes, pottery, and stone tools from this period. The ceramic assemblage shows technological, morphological, and ornamental characteristics of the Lasinja culture, and it does not deviate from the material known from the nearby Lasinja settlements at the Drava Plain and Dravinja Hills (north-eastern Slovenia). The connections are mostly recognised with the Dolenjska (south-eastern Slovenia), Gorenjska (north-western Slovenia), and Styria in Austria. The connections with settlements in the Prekmurje region and western Hungary are recognised to a lesser extent.

[email protected] Original scientific paper/Izvorni znanstveni rad UDK / UDC: 551.583.16(497.4Ptuj)“1700/1941”(091) 551.583.2(497.4Ptuj)“1700/1941” 632.111.6(497.4Ptuj)“1700/1941” Summary The author of the present paper based herself on archives and printed newspaper sources to present extraordinary winter extreme weather events in the Ptuj area between 1700 and 1941. Extreme weather events have been affecting man’s everyday life since always and changing his living environment. Data about the extreme weather events that Ptuj citizens had to live through were recorded by chroniclers. All town chronicles read about severe winters, ice on the river Drava which represented the major obstacle, and consequently floods in the town in 18th and until the mid-20th century. The Ptuj citizens focused on particular on the frozen Drava in 1766, the event that was represented on a votive painting The Ice on the River Drava by a local painter, Franz Josef Fellner. Ptuj district office set up a crisis management board each time the river froze in order to monitor the foreseen danger and protect and save the citizens by following strict measures. Although the then town administration had a system of information and action due to repeated floods and frequent icy winters to quickly resolve the situation after each flood and melting ice, the town needed a lot of energy, will and financial resources to redevelop, and the reconstruction was carried out slow; the renovation processes were also slow due to additional financial burdens rather long.
