Section 10: Outdoor Action Song Guide Songs, just like games, can be a useful and fun addition to a trip. Whether used to get the group warmed up on a chilly morning or to lighten the mood on the trail, songs should be a part of your leader bag of tricks. Most of these songs represent relatively low interpersonal risk except for songs that single out individuals such as Little Sally Walker. As for any activity, use your leader radar to determine when the individual and group dynamics are appropriate for a particular song.
