Financial proposal of bids found technically non-responsive shall be returned unopened to the respective bidders. 2. All tenders shall be placed in the tender box lying in front of the office of the undersigned/SOP and will be opened in the office of Executive District Officer (Health) Mandi Bahauddin according to schedule given above in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who will be present at the time of opening. 3. Earnest money @ 2% of the estimated cost will be in the shape of deposit at call/bank guaranty issued in favor of principal Executive District Officer (Health) Mandi Bahauddin should be attached with the Financial Bids. 4. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders as per PPRA Rules 2014 clause-35. 5.
