Disclaimer of Warranty and Limited Warranty on Media For a period of thirty (30) days after you obtain a copy of the Software (the “Media Warranty Period”), Dantz warrants that the media on which the Software is provided to you will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Dantz will, at its own expense and as its sole obligation and your exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty, replace any defective media returned to Dantz within the Media Warranty Period. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect. This warranty will not apply to you if you have downloaded the Software from Dantz web site.
