Five Hours of Fights Lead into Premiere of Nations: Canada vs.

LOS ANGELES, CA – The Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®) returns to the area for UFC FIGHT NIGHT: ROCKHOLD vs. PHILIPPOU live on FOX Sports 1 on Wednesday, Jan. 15 (7:00 PM ET), headlined by a five-round matchup between former Strikeforce champion and current No. 6-ranked (10-2) versus No. 10-ranked Costas Philippou (12-3, 1NC).

The three-hour UFC FIGHT NIGHT main card also features No. 13-ranked middleweight Lorenz Larkin (14-1, 1NC) facing Hawaiian (11-2), No. 6-ranked TJ Dillashaw (9-2) versus No. 7-ranked Mike Easton (13-3), middleweight (6-1) fighting (11-2), No. 4-ranked (13-2) mixing it up with No. 15-ranked Dustin Ortiz (12-2) and (20-8) against (12-3). Jon Anik and call the matchups from The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, GA. Víctor Dávila and Fabricio Werdum call the fights on .

On Wednesday, the UFC FIGHT NIGHT PREFIGHT SHOW off the action at 4:00 PM ET on FOX Sports 1, with No. 2-ranked and former UFC middleweight serving as analysts. Veteran combat sports journalist Karyn Bryant hosts the show, with Heidi Androl interviewing fighters backstage.

UFC FIGHT NIGHT PRELIMS begin on FOX Sports 1 at 5:00 PM ET with four fights, featuring (8-4) versus (9-3) in a lightweight bout.

The five hours of fights on FOX Sports 1 lead into the season premiere of The Ultimate Fighter Nations: Canada vs. Australia (10:00 PM ET), showcasing the newest crop of and middleweight fighters, as Canada and Australia go head-to-head in the fifth international edition of the show.

Wrapping up the evening, fans can catch the UFC POSTFIGHT PRESS CONFERENCE on at 12:00 AM ET Wednesday night, with interviews of the winners and losers.
