If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA sec. 6(e). Cyproconazole and degradation products of azoxystrobih·demonstrates ~the properties and characteristics ~sso~iatedwith-chemicals which are known to leach through soil to ground water under certain conditions as a result of agricultural use. Theuseofttiis chemical in areaswhere soils are permeable, particula~ly where the Water bible isShaliow may result in groundwater contamination. Page 20 Azoxystrobin is toxic to freshwater, estuarine/marine fish and aquatic invertebrates. For Terrestrial uses, do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in neighboring areas. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash water or rinsate. Notify stateand/or Federal authorities and Syngenta immediately if you observe any adverse environmental effects due to use of this product. Chemigation: Refer to supplemental labeling in. attached booklet for use directions on chemigation .. Do not apply this productthrough any type of irrigation system unless the supplemental labeling is followed. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Pesticide Storage: Store in original container only. Keep container closed when not in use. Do not store near food or feed. In case of spill on floor or paved surfaces, mop and remove to 'chemicalwaste storage area until properdispo~al can bemade if proquct cannot be used accordingtothe label. Pesticide Disposal: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray'mixture, or rinsate is a violation .of Federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed· of by use accarding to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, orthe Hazardaus Waste representative of the nearest EPA Regional OfficEi'for guidance: . •.
