INTRODUCTION. The Debtor is providing this Disclosure Statement (the “Disclosure Statement”) to the Debtor’s known Creditors and Interest holders in connection with the Debtor’s Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”) filed contemporaneously with this Disclosure Statement. The Plan has been developed based upon thorough review and analysis of the Debtor’s financial condition, business plan, and rehabilitation alternatives. The Plan provides for the liquidation of the assets of the Debtor and the payment of creditor claims in their respective order of priorities as established by Maryland Law and Title 11 of the United States Code. The Debtor has concluded that the Plan provides fair and equitable treatment of all classes of Creditors and Interest Holders and the greatest feasible recovery to Creditors and Interest Holders. Accordingly, the Debtor requests that all Creditors and Interest Holders in Impaired Classes vote to accept the Plan. 2. PURPOSE OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND PROCEDURE FOR PLAN CONFIRMATION a. Purpose. Pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code, the Debtor submits this Disclosure Statement to provide Creditors and Interest Holders with adequate information to allow them to make an informed judgment about the acceptability of the Plan. -

National Park Service Cultural Landscapes Inventory 2002 Catoctin Mountain Park Catoctin Mountain Park Table of Contents Inventory Unit Summary & Site Plan Concurrence Status Geographic Information and Location Map Management Information National Register Information Chronology & Physical History Analysis & Evaluation of Integrity Condition Treatment Bibliography & Supplemental Information Catoctin Mountain Park Catoctin Mountain Park Inventory Unit Summary & Site Plan Inventory Summary The Cultural Landscapes Inventory Overview: CLI General Information: Purpose and Goals of the CLI The Cultural Landscapes Inventory (CLI), a comprehensive inventory of all cultural landscapes in the national park system, is one of the most ambitious initiatives of the National Park Service (NPS) Park Cultural Landscapes Program. The CLI is an evaluated inventory of all landscapes having historical significance that are listed on or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places, or are otherwise managed as cultural resources through a public planning process and in which the NPS has or plans to acquire any legal interest. The CLI identifies and documents each landscape’s location, size, physical development, condition, landscape characteristics, character-defining features, as well as other valuable information useful to park management. Cultural landscapes become approved CLIs when concurrence with the findings is obtained from the park superintendent and all required data fields are entered into a national database. In addition, for landscapes that are not currently listed on the National Register and/or do not have adequate documentation, concurrence is required from the State Historic Preservation Officer or the Keeper of the National Register. The CLI, like the List of Classified Structures, assists the NPS in its efforts to fulfill the identification and management requirements associated with Section 110(a) of the National Historic Preservation Act, National Park Service Management Policies (2006), and Director’s Order #28: Cultural Resource Management. -

Myersville Comprehensive Plan Page 1-2 Overview The Myersville Comprehensive Plan (the Plan) is an official public document prepared by the Myersville Planning Commission and adopted by the Myersville Planning Commission and the Mayor and Council of Myersville. The Plan is a long-range guide for land use, transportation, public facilities and sensitive area protection. It will provide direction and guidance for public policy and decision making for the Town over the next 20 years. The Comprehensive Plan is the premise for review of development proposals, rezoning, annexations and public works projects. The Myersville Comprehensive Plan is not a development ordinance but rather an instrument that provides direction for revision of existing ordinances and for establishing new ordinances. -

Foreword This brief history of the Middletown Valley in Frederick County, Maryland was researched and compiled by Harry M. Gross in 1932, as a paper for the Rhodes or Kellogg scholarship in his senior year at Columbia University. Much of this research was derived from interviews with the local town folks and articles from the local newspaper of that time period. John Brown’s Raid at Harper’s Ferry and The Civil War are highlighted in addition to agriculture, industries and church and school history. One added surprise is a list of the occupants in Middletown in 1865 provided by one of the local citizens. Harry M. Gross, the author, was the first husband of Elizabeth [Flook] Gross MacGregor, daughter of Cyrus Flook, a Myersville banker and businessman, and his wife, the former Elizabeth Eby. Cyrus Flook lived in Myersville at 511 Main Street, next door (513) to his sister Elizabeth Delana Flook Horine, wife of Alvey J. Horine. John D. Barrett has been in possession of this manuscript since 1973, a gift from his aunt Elizabeth. John and his wife, Linda, wish to share this with all who have an interest in Middletown Valley. Because of the faded print, the document has been reprocessed. Many of the pictures have yellowed but have been scanned and included. Note: Numbers appearing in parenthesis serve as a cross-reference to the Bibliography located in the back. -
