The Zone will be made up of the following countries: Albania, Austria, Bosnia- Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia and Slovakia (to be mentioned as Zone-Countries). In 2017 there will be announced Zone-Championships in Autocross, Circuit Racing (also for historic cars), Endurance, Cross-Country, Hill-Climb (also for historic cars), Karting, Rally (also for historic cars), Rallycross and Slalom, reserved for drivers holding a valid national or international licence issued by one of the ASNs belonging to the zone. The starting permission for abroad is not obligatory. The Zone-Championship-events are listed in Art. 14. For every discipline a maximum of 14 events will be listed in the calendar (one per member-ASN). The final decision about the number of events counting to the Championship will be taken by the board of the FIA-CEZ-countries. If not all ASNs enter events for a Championship, the Zone-board will decide upon the events to fill up to the max. number of 14, respecting the following: • If ASNs enter only events for a max. of 2 disciplines, the board may accept one additional event from these ASNs in these discipline-Championships. • If there are less than 10 events entered then all ASNs may forward a 2nd event for that Championship – following the CEZ-board will finally decide which of these events will be accepted to a max.

ERRATUM TO: ON CONNECTED SUMS OF REAL PROJECTIVE SPACES QAYUM KHAN 1. The error and the downgrade In the author's thesis, [Kha06, Theorem 3.1.3] is incorrect as stated and proven. Theorem. Let f : R −! R0 be a morphism of rings with involution such that the j j 0 induced map f∗ : Hb (R) −! Hb (R ) is an isomorphism (implicitly, of R-modules) for both j = 0; 1. Suppose R satisfies (2.4.1.1) and that R0 is a flat right R-module. 0 Then for all n 2 Z, the induced map f∗ : NQn(R) −! NQn(R ) is an isomorphism. Recall the 2-periodic j-th Tate cohomology of the cyclic group C2 of order two: j j fa 2 R j a = ag Hb (R) := Hb (C2; R) = fb + b j b 2 Rg with coefficients in the additive group of the ring R, where := (−1)j and whose Z[C2]-module structure is given by the involution [Kha06, p47]. Furthermore, the abelian group Hb j(R) has the structure of a left R-module by the `quadratic' action r · [s] := [rsr]: The hypothesis (2.4.1.1) is that each Hb j(R) has a 1-dimensional resolution by finitely generated projective left R-modules; this is true for any Dedekind domain R. However, the winnowed and published version [Kha09, Proposition 25] is correct. Proposition. Let R be a Dedekind domain with involution. Suppose that the Tate ∗ h cohomology groups vanish: Hb (R) = 0. Its nilpotent L-groups vanish: NL∗ (R) = 0. Moreover, it is my opinion that it is essentially the only recovery of that theorem.

P1 1. #19739 (SCCA Staff) CN Chassis Engine Limits The P1 rules permit Group CN two-seat cars that comply with FIA Appendix J, Article 259, to compete in the P1 class with certain specific allowances. The P1 engine table specifies in column heading “Required Restrictor”, Spec Line J “Unrestricted”. This column specifies the size of the restrictor in the intake system and is not to be interpreted as allowing an unrestricted engine build. The P1 rules allowances for Group CN two-seat cars include 2 engine options: Option 1 P1 Engine table Spec Line J: Engine maximum displacement of 2000cc’s, no intake restrictor required, and the engine must comply with Group CN two-seat cars FIA Appendix J, Article 259 engine rules. These engine rules are very specific in their allowances and include and are not limited to: the engine’s original ignition system, the original injection system (with certain allowances), the original interior dimensions of the exit from the original exhaust manifold, a head gasket of the same thickness as the original head gasket, etc.

AlgebraAlgebraAlgebraAlgebra & & & & NumberNumberNumberNumber TheoryTheoryTheoryTheory Volume 1 2007 No. 2 On the tangent space of the deformation functor of curves with automorphisms Aristides Kontogeorgis mathematicalmathematicalmathematicalmathematicalmathematicalmathematicalmathematical sciences sciences sciences sciences sciences sciences sciences publishers publishers publishers publishers publishers publishers publishers 1 ALGEBRA AND NUMBER THEORY 1:2(2007) On the tangent space of the deformation functor of curves with automorphisms Aristides Kontogeorgis We provide a method to compute the dimension of the tangent space to the global infinitesimal deformation functor of a curve together with a subgroup of the group of automorphisms. The computational techniques we developed are applied to several examples including Fermat curves, p-cyclic covers of the affine line and to Lehr–Matignon curves. The aim of this paper is the study of equivariant equicharacteristic infinitesimal deformations of a curve X of genus g, admitting a group of automorphisms. This paper is the result of my attempt to understand the work of J. Bertin and A. Mezard´ [2000] and of G. Cornelissen and F. Kato [2003]. Let X be a smooth projective algebraic curve, defined over an algebraically closed field of characteristic p ≥ 0. The infinitesimal deformations of the curve X, without considering compatibility with the group action, correspond to direc- 1 tions on the vector space H (X, ᐀X ) which constitutes the tangent space to the deformation functor of the curve X [Harris and Morrison 1998]. All elements in 1 H (X, ᐀X ) give rise to unobstructed deformations, since X is one-dimensional and the second cohomology vanishes. In the study of deformations together with the action of a subgroup of the au- tomorphism group, a new deformation functor can be defined.
