The mafic beds and lenses are intercalated with sedimentary mélange; aluminous pelitic schists of continental origin, quartzite and marble. La première concerne le contexte fonctionnel des villes et les différentes échelles de commandement de leurs territoires et la seconde se rapporte aux différents modes d’interventions des acteurs clés qui influencent et dominent les processus de leur fabrication. INTRODUCTION La Wilaya de Annaba est une région à vocation industrielle et agricole. Ses activités font d'elle une grande utilisatrice d'eau. La demande en eau potable ne cesse d'augmenter d'une année à l'autre pour satisfaire les secteurs suscités et les besoins d'une population qui ne fait que s'accroître, ce qui nécessite un approvisionnement de plus en plus important, sachant que cette solution dépend toujours des possibilités aquifères de la Wilaya d'El Tarf (Fig. 1). Les différentes études géologiques réalisées sur la région ont permis de définir et de localiser les formations ayant un intérêt hydrogéologique certain. Il faut noter que le système aquifère de Annaba se situe dans un bassin d'effondrement d'âge quaternaire et fait apparaître trois types de réservoirs: • La nappe superficielle • La nappe des sables du cordon dunaire • La nappe des cipolins Le but de ce travail est de définir le potentiel hydrique de la région de Annaba pour avoir une idée précise sur ses réelles réserves en eaux dans les limites de son territoire.
