VOTE ON EACH JUDGE MISSOURI SUPREME COURT JUDGES Shall Judge PATRICIA BRECKENRIDGE of the Missouri Supreme Court be retained in office? YES NO MISSOURI COURT OF APPEALS JUDGE, EASTERN DISTRICT Shall Judge KURT S. ODENWALD of the Eastern District Court of Appeals be retained in office? YES NO Shall Judge ROBIN RANSOM of the Eastern District Court of Appeals be retained in office? YES NO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS NO.1 Proposed by the 100th General Assembly (First Regular Session) (SS SCS SJR 14 & 9) Do you want to amend the Missouri Constitution to extend the two term restriction that currently applies to the Governor and Treasurer to the Lt.Governor, Secretary of State, Auditor and the Attorney General? State and local governmental entities estimate no costs or savings from this proposal. YES NO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS NO.3 Proposed by the 100th General Assembly (Second Regular Session) (SS 3 SJR 38) Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to: • Ban gifts from paid lobbyists to legislators and their employees: • Reduce legislative campaign contribution limits: • Change the redistricting process voters approved in 2018 by: (i) transferring responsibility for drawing state legislative districts from the Nonpartisan State Demographer to Governor-appointed bipartisan commissions: (ii) modifying and reordering the redistricting criteria. State governmental entities expect no cost or savings. Individual local governmental entities expect significant decreased revenues of a total unknown amount. YES NO CITY OF OLYMPIAN VILLAGE PROPOSITION A Shall the City of Olympian Village be authorized to annex the property described as “All that portion of State Highway 67 situated in Lot 3 of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 39 North, Range 5 East, Jefferson County, Missouri, which lies within the right of way widths between Station 1425+00 and Station 1454+99.08”? YES NO PROPOSITION U Shall the City of Olympian Village be authorized to impose a business license tax on utilities, including companies supplying light, electricity, power, gas, telephone, water and wastewater services, in the amount of 5% for residential customers and 5% for non-residential customers? YES NO PACIFIC FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Proposition Safety Shall the Board of Directors of the Pacific Fire Protection District of Franklin, Jefferson and St. Louis Counties, Missouri be authorized to levy an additional tax of not more than twenty seven cents on the one hundred dollars assessed valuation to provide funds for the support and development of the District, including but not limited to, for the employment of additional full-time fire-fighters and other personnel and the acquisition and/or replacement of aging fire-fighting equipment? YES NO.
