Peach Bellini £6.50 This wonderful classic prosecco cocktail was invented between 1934 and 1948 at Harry’s Bar Venice, & was only served for 6 months of the year when peaches were in season. Now it’s an all year round favourite! Peach puree & peach liqueur, finished off with our bubbly prosecco. Mojito £5.95 The Mojito was born on the island of Cuba and is one of the nations oldest cocktails. The drink has a disputed history. Some say the drink was developed in the 1500’s when famed explorer Sir Francis Drake landed in the city of Havana. This refreshing combination of Havana Club Especial rum, fresh lime, fresh mint and sugar, is a renowned classic and served across the world. Pornstar Martini £6.95 Created by Douglas Ankrah, a man who is known as a legend in the bartending world. The Pornstar Martini is a delightful mixture of vanilla vodka, fresh passion fruit puree and vanilla syrup, served straight up with a shot of prosecco.
