Visiting fans are allocated seating in the Hamil Road Stand. The away fans' ticket office is to the left of the away stand as you are facing it. Parking for visiting fans is directly in front of the Hamil Road Stand, which is accessible through gate C. Visiting coaches can also access this car park. The Vale Social is a pub which is accessible for home and away fans* and is located to the right of the away stand. Refreshments are also served within the concourse. Turnstiles open at 2pm.

Burslem is the birthplace of Josiah Wedgwood and if you find yourself with time to spare, have a walk around to Queens Street in the Town Centre. There you will find the Wedgwood Institute, which was built in 1865 as a place to run courses for the working men of Burslem on science, business and the arts. It was built in memory of Josiah Wedgewood, the 18th century potter and philanthropist and has deep-rooted community significance, as its construction was funded entirely by the public. The Institute’s architectural significance lies in its decorative façade of elaborate brickwork and rich terracotta decoration. The Bulls Head in Burslem Town Centre is a Titanic Brewery pub. With up to 10 real ales on the bar & 10 real ciders from the cellar at any one time as well as malt whiskies, Belgian bottled & draught beers, you will never be short of choices.
