We are seeking Service Team Members to work within The Dining Hall at Wedgwood located at the award winning World of Wedgwood, , Stoke-on-Trent.

Reporting to the Hospitality Front of House Manager, you will welcome guests and deliver exceptional service to create an outstanding customer experience.

To be a successful Service Team Member you will: • have previous experience of working in hospitality, ideally within a 4/5 star environment • have flair and passion for delivering exceptional service and working with quality products • exude warmth and charm in order to engage and build a rapport with guests • possess outstanding attention to detail • have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team • be well presented with a ‘can-do’ attitude

We currently have the following positions available:

Fixed Term Contracts | April – September 2018 • 3 x 27.5 hours, working 5 days from 7 • 2 x 16 hours, working 4 days from 7

These roles include weekend working on a rota basis; evening work is required on occasion by prior arrangement.
