Use Discount Passes with Suica!
◦ While discount passes such as the Tokyo Metropolitan District Pass (Tokunai Pass) have been sold only as magnetic tickets up until now, starting September 1, 2019, users will be able to use discount passes with their Suica cards. ◦ This will allow users to pass through automatic ticket gates fast with just one touch at stations covered by the pass, and transfers to stations outside the area covered by the pass will be automatically deducted from your charge balance, making for even smoother transfers. ◦ In addition to products currently on sale, such as the Tokyo Metropolitan District Pass (Tokunai Pass), we will also be releasing a new IC discount pass called the NONBIRI Holiday Suica Pass.

4. Where to Buy IC Discount Passes At JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi), reserved seat ticket vending machines, multifunction ticket vending machines, and ticket vending machines at JR East Stations covered by the product *Discount passes may also be applied to your current Suica
5. Refunds ・Refunds are limited to unused items still within the period of validity (cancellation charge is required). ・Refunds will not be issued for train suspensions or delays.

Offering unlimited rides on all ordinary car, unreserved seating on local trains (including rapid service
trains), all lines on Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit (Rinkai Line), and all lines on the Tokyo Monorail within the covered area. This pass can be used for limited express trains and the first class car on local
trains when a limited express ticket or first class car ticket is purchased separately, making it convenient for holiday outings in the areas around Tokyo as well!
