Stealing in Dwellings, from the shirts, 3 boxes gun caps, 3 half-pound tins gun powder, lOfts, onions, 201bs, potatoes, 201bs. flour, Person, &c. 4tbs, tea, lOlbs, sugar, 611JS, tobacco, 12 boxes matches, 2 butcher's knives, 4 table knives, an old brass- Fremantle.—On the 26th ult., from the Warders' mounted carbine, 1 pair black cloth trowsers and 1 Quarters, Henderson Street,—one saucepan with vest, same material, the property of George Scott, long handle and galvanized lid, the property of and Suspicion attaches to Hoppy and Wingo, ab. nats. identifiable by James McEwan.—C.I. 332. —CI, 338, York.—During the months of April and May last, from the premises of Edwin Knott, Arnold Park,— Esperance Bay.—On or about the 28th April last, ahout 20 chains of fencing, the property of Edwin from the hut of John Gilderoy, Thomas River,—I Knott. Vide Warrants Issued,—CI, 333. pair white moleskin trowsers (new), and half a pound of tobacco, the property of John Gilderoy. Ab. nat. Geraldton.—On the 16th ult,, from a box atEudd's Hoppy committed this larceny.—CI. 339. Gully,—one Crimean medal, and one pair black cloth trowsers, the property of Richard Bishop. Esperance Bay.—On or about the 7th May last, from the hut of Peter McEvoy,—501t)S. flour, lib. tea, 6Ibs. sugar, and 1 white soft felt hat, the property of 36 Mile.—On or about the SOth June last, from the Peter McEvoy. Ab. natives Hoppy ancl Wingo residence of Robert Taylor, Canning River,— a black suspected.—CI. 340. and tan house dog, a few white hairs on left side of nose, answers to the name of " Curley," the property of Robert Taylor.—C.I. 335, Newcastle.—On the 27th ult., from the hut of William Miles, Glenavon,-—3 yards plaid flannel red Kojonup.—On the 2nd inst., from a shepherd's hut and black, 1 unfinished flannel shirt, I pair old at Boylup,—I double barrelled gun, a quantity of blucher boots, 2 reels white thread, 1 reel black ammunition, a sheep dog named " Laddie," toma ditto, lib damper, 21bs. sugar, jlh. tea, and a small hawk, and 2 knives, the property of Hugh Morris. quantity of strychnine, the property of William Jacky Brown, ab. native, committed this robbery, for Miles.
