Technical Notes: the Office of Foreign Labor Certification Has Completed the Randomization of H-2B Applications for Temporary Em Technical Notes: The Office of Foreign Labor Certification has completed the randomization of H-2B applications for temporary employment certification submitted January 1-3, 2021, requesting an April 1, 2021, start date. Employers and their agents or attorneys, if applicable, have been notified of their random group assignment. This public disclosure of the randomized list includes applications in alphabetical order by employer name, including group assignment, and is not intended to be a sequential list in randomization order.
