The primary goal of this project was to bring new high-end residential, retail and office units to market all while restoring The Halle Building to its rightful place in the downtown Cleveland landscape. The residences embody a 21,000 sq. ft. lower level, which includes the largest private fitness center in downtown Cleveland, a 6,240 square foot community center and a 7,620 square foot conference facility. Residences at Leader In 2016, K&D started converting and historically renovating The Leader Building into a mixed-use luxury residential and commercial project. The Leader Building, situated in downtown Cleveland’s Euclid Historic District is a contributing structure as defined by The National Park Service. The building is a fifteen-story mixed use structure that includes a lower level with a 24 hour onsite fitness center, resident lounge, conference room, business center, pet wash room and bicycle storage. The B.F. Keith Building Located on Euclid Avenue and East 17th Street, The B. F. Keith Building is designed in The Beaux Arts Style of architecture. It was developed to house the Connor Palace and is dedicated to Mr. B. F. Keith, founder of R.K.O. Radio/ Motion Pictures, later known as RCA Corporation. The Keith Building opened in 1922. Since its purchase in March 2015, K&D’s investments have brought substantial improvements; Corbo’s Bakery, Sittoo’s Salad & Pita Restaurant, and Bespoke Salon… enlivening Euclid Avenue’s storefront retail presence. The Residences at Hanna K&D acquired the Hanna Annex, an office building owned by an affiliate of Playhouse Square Foundation. Respecting the requirements and detail associated with an historic renovation, K&D converted the office space into over 100 luxury apartment units known as The Residences at Hanna, with first-floor retail—the first of its kind in the Theater District of Downtown Cleveland with fully furnished corporate housing and onsite fitness center. The Residences at 668 K&D has successfully redeveloped the former William Taylor & Son Department Store building into The Residences at 668, with over 232 luxury apartment units, 70,000 square feet of offices and fine dining, an attached 400 car parking garage, and a cutting edge two- story fitness center, all in a historically renovated building. The Residences at 668 have enjoyed near 100% occupancy from the date of completion.     Ohio Legislative Service Commission Legislative Budget Office Capital Item Analysis Capital Appropriations (FY 2021-FY 2022) December 15, 2020 Introduction This report is an analysis of the capital appropriations in S.B. 310 of the 133rd General Assembly. S.B. 310 appropriates just under $2.13 billion in new capital appropriations for the biennium ending June 30, 2022, and authorizes about $1.74 billion in new debt. The report contains a number of summary reports which break down S.B. 310's capital appropriations by fund and agency, list all new debt authorizations, list all projects by county, and list only community projects by county. These summary reports are followed by a detailed analysis that provides a description of each capital appropriation. The 133rd General Assembly made additional new capital appropriations in S.B. 4, effective October 13, 2020. S.B. 4 appropriates $555.0 million in new capital appropriations for the biennium ending June 30, 2022, and authorizes $525.0 million in new debt. An analysis of the capital appropriations and new debt authorizations in S.B. 4 may be found in LSC's fiscal note for that bill. He formed the firm of Albrecht, Wilhelm & Kelly 1918 with Karl Wilhelm of Massillon and John S. Kelly of Cleveland. John Kelly left the firm in 1925 and it was knwon Albrecht & Wilhelm from 1925 until 1933. It was later known Albrecht, Wilhelm, Nosek & Frazen. Herman Albrecht was a native of Massillon.
