Pick-up Request Form ◆Our pick-up service This service is to guide you to your dormitory from the specified station【Keisei Station】. ・Place ：Keisei to each dormitory ・Time ：Flights arriving at Narita airport between 9am to 2pm ONLY！！ ◆How to apply Please send back this form by Email or FAX（+81-3-5295-5906）to Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. This service is available only from Keisei Ueno Station. ◆ Schedule of arrival date Luggage ：Please send your luggage (Except for the stuff you need on the arrival day) to the dorm by using luggage delivery service at Narita Airport. Please carry a minimum luggage, as your other luggage will be delivered on the next day of your arrival. Ticket ： Please buy a ticket of KEISEI at Keisei-Dentetsu Counter, the limited express train bound for central area from Narita Airport to “KEISEI UENO STATION”. You need to pay for all of your transportation expenses. Contact ： Please call （03-5295-7889） after buying the ticket and tell us what time your Skyliner train leaves Narita and arrive at Keisei Ueno Station. We will not be able to arrange this service if you do not call us, so please make sure to call us before you leave Narita airport. Transportation ： Please go to Keisei Ueno Station by Keisei Skyliner. Keisei Ueno Station： After you arrive at Keisei Ueno station, please go out from the exit gate. Pick-up staff for each dormitory will be waiting for you at the meeting point. ★Please do not change your schedule or cancel without any notification. Please do not spend your time for buying a cell phone or other items after your arrival at Narita. Please make sure to contact us at latest 1 day before if you change the schedule or cancel pick-up service.
