En 1999, lorsque le Yokohama Flügels disparaît, plusieurs s’imaginent que le Y.S.C.C. pourrait être la relève mais le club encore largement amateur évolue en ligue préfectorale et d’anciens supporters des Flügels fondent le Yokohama FC qui évolue dans la JFL, nouvellement créée. A partir de 2002, le « S » de Soccer devient Sports car le club souhaite devenir une équipe « communautaire » (pas dans le sens de Fujieda My FC) intégrée dans la collectivité et qui développe diverses équipes de Football, Tennis, Basketball. Le club compte plus de 600 membres. Si rapprochement il y a eu avec le Yokohama FC, Y.S.C.C. n’a pas vocation à évoluer plus haut que la JFL à l’heure actuelle. Sportivement, c’est à la réforme du club en 2002 que l’on peut faire remonter l’ambition d’évoluer le club passant le ligue de Kanagawa à la division 1 du Kantô en passant par la division 2 du Kantô en trois ans. A partir de 2005, il s’installe durablement en ligue régionale du Kantô comme un leader, il remporte le titre à quatre reprises en sept saisons.

Mais ils commettent une grosse erreur lors de leur participation au tournoi final des ligues régionales : ils recrutent (en prêt) un grand nombre de joueurs aux niveaux supérieurs en pensant que la supériorité physique et technique leur permettra d’atteindre leurs objectifs mais ils subissent une grosse désillusion contre le FC Gifu, Fagiano et TDK Akita.

Stades : Fujieda sports park (13.000 places) et Fujieda shimin ground (3.000 places) Site internet : http://myfc.co.jp/ S’il est bien un club dont le concept est innovant c’est bien Shizuoka Fujieda My Football Club. Ce club fondé novembre 2008, sur base d’un club de la ligue préfectorale de Shizuoka appelé Fujieda Nelson, est un club participatif. L’idée est que les fans se (ré) approprient leur club de football et participe au décisions et aux orientations de l’équipe. Le club est donc fondé fin 2008 regroupant les anciens joueurs du club de Fujieda Nelson ainsi que quelques anciennes gloires de la J-League comme Tomoyuki SAKAI, Toshihide SAITO ou Yasuhiro YOSHIDA et comme entraîneur/superviseur du club KAMAMOTO Kunishige. Le club remporte facilement la ligue 1 de Shizuoka mais annonce qu’il va fusionner avec Shizuoka FC ancienne « maison dominante » de la ligue du Tôkai. En effet, Shizuoka FC était parmi les tout premiers clubs visant la promotion en J-League, il a concouru en même temps que Okinawa Kariyushi, Thespa Kusatsu etc… mais le club, très malchanceux, n’est jamais parvenu à obtenir la promotion en JFL malgré de très gros moyens utilisés.

Sony Sendai dispose d’un effectif relativement stable qui allie joueurs issus de J-League et universitaires (et depuis quelques saison de JFL). Suite au tremblement de terre de 2011, le club a été dans l’incapacité de jouer la première moitié de la saison, et la JFL lui a permis de ne jouer que la seconde moitié sans risquer d’être reléguée. Auparavant l’équipe a gravit tous les échelons depuis le championnat de Kyoto en passant par la ligue régionale du Kansai. Contrairement à certaines formations corporatives Sagawa Printing est parvenu à se maintenir et rester compétitif en JFL en dépit d’une des affluences les plus faibles (moyenne annuelle inférieure à 400 depuis 2003) grâce à un recrutement plus large que ses homologues Honda et Sagawa. C’est ainsi que chaque année, le club n’hésite pas à enrôler l’un ou l’autre joueur en provenance de J-League mais aussi des universités, etc. Ainsi Hiroshi OTSUKI, le joueur le plus ancien dans l’effectif a été recruté à Kyoto Sanga il y a 8 ans, en 2012 c’est Kenjirô EZOE qui est venu de Kataller. Le staff est lui aussi composé exclusivement d’anciens joueurs ce qui jusqu’à présent marche plutôt bien.
