Mapleton’s Preschool Program

A quality preschool program can spark a lifetime love of for a . In preschool, children begin building a solid foundation for learning with early introductions to numbers, shapes, sounds and letters. Children also grow their social skills, learning how to share, contribute and collaborate with peers. Numerous academic studies show children who attend preschool enter with appropriate social skills, which leads to better pre- skills, richer vocabularies and stronger basic math skills.

Mapleton is proud to offer funded half-day preschool to those who qualify at six schools in the District. Sessions are morning or afternoon only, Monday-Friday. Additionally, Mapleton offers limited full-day preschool as well as tuition-based half-day and full-day programs to our community.

Transportation is provided to families living within the District boundaries.
