The winner receives one canoe paddle from Wildwood signed by Bobby Berk, Tan France, Karamo Brown, Antoni Porowski, and Johnathan Van Ness during filming for Queer Eye Season 3. The estimated cash value is $300. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on award of prize. 2. To be eligible for entry, you must be 18 years of age or older, a US resident, and not an employee, officer or director of Wildwood Outdoor Education Center or an immediate family member of any such person (parent, sibling, child by blood, adoption, or marriage; spouse, grandparent, or grandchild). 3. To enter, you must completely fill out an official entry form (ticket stub) and return it to an authorized representative of Wildwood Outdoor Education Center. Entries will be accepted beginning at 8 a.m. on March 15, 2019. All entries must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2019. All late, lost or incomplete entries are invalid, regardless of the cause. 4. A maximum of 2,500 tickets will be sold. 5. One prizewinner will be randomly selected from all qualified entries on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. and will be notified by phone and email. The winner must respond within five days to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be randomly selected. Please visit Wildwood’s website www.wildwoodctr.org or call 913-757-4500 after May 10, 2019 to find out the name of the winner. 6. To claim the prize, the winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity in which the winner certifies his or her eligibility and agrees to pay all taxes and government assessments on the prize, authorizes Wildwood to use the prize winner's name and photo for publicity and also releases Wildwood of liability as sponsor. Any failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing. 7. Raffle ticket sales are governed by state laws. They are permitted in Missouri and Kansas. They are not permitted in Utah, Hawaii, Alabama, Arkansas, California, and Louisiana. There are restrictions in other states.
