In this context, scheduling has emerged as the central management tool, organising production and controlling budgets, and is now the driving force in television.

Tutoring was done one-on-one, in small groups, and in classes, using the Laubach, Literacy Volunteers of America (LVA), Orton-Gillingham, and Steck-Vaughn methods. The project served 211 adult learners, and provided 3,710 hours of direct tutoring service.
