Transmitter RT-BR Operating Manual Transmitter RT-BR Operating Manual This manual is specific for broncolor® operation. Please read the "Operating Manual" and "Safety Precaution" so that you will fully understand the features and operation of this product. Keep the operating manual in a safe place for future use. ■ Safety Precautions Before using this product, please read this "Safety Precautions" for proper operation. URL: https://www.sekonic.com/support/downloads/dtssoftwareformacandwindows.aspx To use this software, connect your computer to the L-858D using a USB cable (micro-B type, available commercially). ■ Intended Use This product can be used in the following situations. ● Radio wave-based flash light triggering or output power control ● Radio wave-based modeling lamp ON/OFF ■ Intended Users The intended users of this product are those who are engaged in shooting or related businesses, such as photographers, who use the flash units. ■ Disclaimer The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the failure of this product or its use. iii ■ Features of the RT-BR To use the radio triggering mode of the L-858D after the transmitter is installed, the flash unit must be equipped with a radio function supported by a specified manufacturer, or a receiver supporting the radio function must be connected to the flash unit. Using the radio triggering mode, firing a flash or adjusting the output power by yourself can be easily accomplished remotely. ● Take measurements by placing the product at the subject's position with the light receptor (retracted lumisphere) facing toward the light sources of main light and fill light directly. Adjust the measured values for the desired lighting ratio. ● Turn on all light sources to measure the final exposure, and point the lumisphere (extended lumisphere) at the camera from the position of subject. Abstract The objectives of this study were to determine the reflectance properties of three different (sub)-littoral seaweed species with different thallus coloring a green- (Ulva lactuca), red- (Palmaria palmata) and brown- (Fucus vesiculus) seaweed species from the North Sea and its estuaries. Imaging spectrometry was performed at two wavelength: A): Visible light (PAR): λ 450-900 nm. In this PAR λ 450-900 nm spectrum range the maximum sensitivity to chlorophyll content was found at λ=750 which corresponded to Asian literature about oceanic satellite tracking for seaweed blooms based on the chlorophyll compound. The ratios of reflectance in the near infra-red range of the three seaweeds which were kept in a semi-arid environment in plastic bags at our Imspector-Mobile spectrometer for both λ=881 and λ=948 corresponded with moisture. B): In addition, simultaneously Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIS) was performed at the invisible light range of λ: 900-1650 nm. This latter application can be applied in order to identify molecules by analysis of their constituent bonds. At the Near Infra- Red (NIR) wavelength range of λ 900-1650 nm the minimal reflection was at λ 1440 nm for all three seaweed species which corresponded to the biochemical compound “starch”. In parallel experiments we extracted chlorophyll a and b and determined the mean surface area to wet weight ratio.
