The Bandarudara Internasional Jawa Barat (BIJB) and Kertajati Aerocity are under construction and expected to be a center of economic activity supported by potential of natural resources and agriculture. They later will act as a driver of economic growth in West Java, especially for surrounding area such as Kertajati, Jatitujuh and Ligung Sub-districts. As an affect of the the development of BIJB and Kertajati Aerocity, the water demand of surrounding area will increase. Therefore an analysis of water demand and availability is needed. This research supports by analyzing the water balance, water demand, and also water allocation using WEAP (Water Evaluation and Planing) software tool. Water balance of Cimanuk-Tomo, Cimanuk-Monjot, and Cilutung-Dam Kamun river are analyzed, water demand of the three sub-districts are also projected and become the inputs of the water allocation model. The result of WEAP model simulation shows that the Cimanuk River can meet the water demand of the three sub-districts until 2040. -

Only 15% of the industries in Citarum Watershed, specifically in Bandung Regency, West Bandung Regency, Sumedang Regency, Bandung City and Cimahi City, are registered as PROPER industries. They must comply to indicators as set in the Minister of Environment and Forestry Decree No. 3 In 2014 concerning Industrial Performance Rank in Environmental Management, as a requirement to apply for PROPER. Wastewater treatment and management, referencing to Minister of Environment and Forestry Decree No. 5 In 2014 concerning Wastewater Effluent Standards, must be performed to be registered as PROPER industries. Conducting only physical-chemical parameter monitoring of wastewater is insufficient to determine the safety of wastewater discharged into the river, therefore additional toxicity tests involving bioindicator are required to determine acute toxicity characteristic of wastewater. The acute toxicity test quantifies LC50 value based on death response of bioindicators from certain dosage. Daphnia magna was used as bioindicator in the toxicity test and probit software for analysis. In 2015-2016, the number of industries that discharged wastewater exceeding the standard was found greater in non-PROPER industries than in PROPER industries. -

ABSTRACT Forest landscape in Indonesia has undergone changes due to deforestation leading to forest fragmentation and land use transformation. Forests patches within agriculture or settlement matrix can be susceptible to disturbances which could bring about long-term alteration of forest’s ecological and economic functions. This study aimed to analyze the distribution and dynamics of forest patches in three regencies by identified it using Post Classification Comparison method (PSC) from multi-temporal Landsat satellite data i.e. 1991, 2001, and 2003. The forest patches were analyzed by the following landscape metrics: patch number, patch size and patch shape. In general, the result shows that the distribution and dynamics among three regencies have similar pattern. The number of small patches was higher than large patches. Smaller patches were more threatened to vanish by disturbances than larger patches. The shapes of all patches were convoluted as indicated by the shape index (SI>1). In terms of patch shape, the shape index has decreased over the study period indicating that the shape of the forest patches has become less convoluted. The more dairy cow population, the higher the milk production produced. This study aims to determine the population of dairy farming in Gemah Ripah Sukabumi KUD, West Java, and to determine the amount of milk production during the lactation period, daily milk production, and fat content. The research method used was a survey by taking primary and secondary data in 2018 and then analyzed with simple statistics to determine the mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of diversity. The results showed that the population of dairy cows was widespread in the Sukabumi area. Namely in the Barokah group in the Sukalarang sub-district, the Cikole group in the Sukaraja sub-district, the Cintaresmi group in the Sukalarang sub-district, the Priangan group in the Sukalarang sub-district, the rukun tani II in the sub-district of Sukalarang, the rukun tani III in Sukalja, sulanjana I in Sukalarang sub-district. -

Didi Turmudzi, Yaya Mulyana Indonesia *Corresponding Author: Dicky Irawan, Indonesia Abstract: This research was determined to analyze the collaboration concept execution between the regional goverments in the Jabodetabekjur regions, Indonesia. The research consists of four variables; (1). starting conditions; (2). facilitative leadership; (3). institutional design ; and (4). collaborative process. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS is being used to analyze the data. The 87 respondents’ information were collected from various government institutions within the Jabodetabekjur regions. The results show that the collaboration amongst the government institutions in Jabodetabekjur regions were not effectively executed, due to the inbalance resources in the starting condition phase. It is shown that the DKI Jakarta (Special Capital Region of Jakarta) has more dominant financial resource that other regions. Keywords: collaborative, government, Jabodetabekjur. 1. INTRODUCTION Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi and Cianjur regions (Jabodetabekjur) is the megapolitan regions that have functional relations and form a system in term of dynamic and highest issues and activities content in Indonesia. About 33,3 million people are the residents of this megapolitan region (BPS Jakarta, West Java, Banten, 2020), in 3 (three) provinces that are located side by side; the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, the West Java Province and the Banten Province. The regencies/cities consist of 9 (nine) regency/city government areas, namely Bogor Regency, Bogor City, Depok City, Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, South Tangerang City, Bekasi Regency, Bekasi City and CianjurRegency. -

Due to large coastal area of about 73.25 kms, it is susceptible to the impacts of abrasion due to strong waves, high tides, and human activities. This research aims to contrive a managing plan for abrasion control in coastal area of Garut Regency during September to November 2012 that includes, compiling recorded documents of the existing condition to predict the changes of coastal pattern as well as determining priorities for sustainable coastal developments by establishing intersectional programs in order to optimize the operational projects in coastal areas. To support the research, the data are divided into, first, primary data that include physical and social facts and Figures of socio-economic, oceanographic, and meteorological conditions. The second ones, the secondary data, consist of scientific-driven environmental and geographical information, such as visual map of Indonesia, Landsat TM images, (GLOVIS), basic map from the local government, sea level rise (TOPEX/POSEIDON JASON1, JASON2), sea wave, and wind (BMKG), and legal materials, such as policies and regulations, as well as institutions. -

Situation Update Response to COVID-19 in Indonesia As of 18 January 2021 As of 18 January, the Indonesian Government has announced 917,015 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in all 34 provinces in Indonesia, with 144,798 active cases, 26,282 deaths, and 745,935 people that have recovered from the illness. The government has also reported 77,579 suspected cases. The number of confirmed daily positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia reached a new high during four consecutive days on 13-16 January since the first positive coronavirus case was announced by the Government in early March 2020. Total daily numbers were 11,278 confirmed cases on 13 January, 11,557 cases on 14 January, 12,818 cases on 15 January, and 14,224 cases on 16 January. The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) has declared the COVID-19 Vaccine by Sinovac as halal. The declaration was stipulated in a fatwa that was issued on 8 January. On 11 January, the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) issued the emergency use authorization for the vaccine. Following these two decisions, the COVID-19 vaccination program in Indonesia began on 13 January, with the President of the Republic of Indonesia being first to be vaccinated. To control the increase in the number of cases of COVID-19, the Government has imposed restrictions on community activities from January 11 to 25. The restrictions are carried out for areas in Java and Bali that meet predetermined parameters, namely rates of deaths, recovered cases, active cases and hospitals occupancy. Review of Integrative Business and Economics Research, Vol. 6, Issue 4 457 The Sustained Business Growth of Traditional Retail in Sumedang Regency Herwan Abdul Muhyi* Universitas Padjadjaran Ria Arifianti Universitas Padjadjaran Zaenal Muttaqin Universitas Padjadjaran ABSTRACT The research objective is describing sustained business growth of traditional retail in Sumedang Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The sustained business growth means the continuous growth of traditional retail in every period. The population of this research includes traditional retailers in 10 traditional markets in Sumedang Regency and traditional retailers in Jatinangor District. The unit of analysis is traditional retailers which have been established for at least 3 years. This research used the quantitative research method. The research result shows that the growth of traditional retail located in traditional markets is better than that of traditional retail in Jatinangor District. In Jatinangor, traditional retail has significantly lost the sales. This research also proposed a model of sustained growth of traditional retail in Sumedang Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The ability of traditional retail located in Jatinangor District in raising the necessary finance externally is lower than that of traditional retail located at traditional markets. Keywords: Sustained Business Growth, Traditional Retail. 1. INTRODUCTION Liberalization of retail policy since 1998 in Indonesia has attracted foreign investors to invest in Indonesia. It has made local modern retail thrive in residential areas. Other reasons are the emergence of regional autonomy and the unimplemented regulations on traditional markets and modern markets. Therefore, the government gives permission in order to increase revenues of local budgets. These facts worry traditional retail, whether it is in the form of traditional retail kiosks, stalls and shops.
