MEDIA ALERT Tour of Spain finale and Super League LIVE on Eurosport Australia Following three weeks of racing, the Tour of Spain is set to conclude this week with LIVE action from the final stage, an individual time trial through Santiago de Compostela. It’s been a quiet event for the Aussies, save for a standout performance from Orica-GreenEdge rider Michael Matthews who picked up a stage win and also wore the leaders jersey for three days. The overall classification seems likely to fall the way of Spaniard Alberto Contador, with history showing he has never relinquished the leaders jersey in a grand tour. Changing pace, the final round of the regular season in the English Super League will kick off LIVE with the Warrington Wolves taking on the Wigan Warriors. The stakes are high with the winner assured of a top four finish leading into the finals. The Wolves are undefeated in their last four visits to Wigan, drawing one and winning three games, and Aussie brothers Joel and Michael Monaghan will be out to continue Warrington’s good form. Meanwhile Matt Bowen will hope to reverse Warriors home game statistics against Wolves and help his side march into the finals on a winning note.
