Of these 83% were completed within budget and 75% of the projects have been completed on schedule. Triangle Time Quality QUALITY: • Projects where Key Performance Indicators have been met include Blackrod Primary School where: 1, There was 100% Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) spend on this project, 2, 100% (SME) engagement, 3, Cumulative Local Labour within 10 miles was 24% and Cumulative Local Spend within 10 miles was 20%, 4, 27 apprentice weeks on site, 5, 28 days of training courses
