The Trøndelag model – public health

Aims

• Based on municipality data, the municipality aimed to identify health promoting challenges in public health, as well as to develop strategies for implementing knowledge based measures.

• Moreover, the cross-sectorial activity aim to improve the quality of public health work in local government by developing and testing models and methods to convert knowledge and plans into effective action.
