(2) On 8 December 2020, the PSC adopted Decision (CFSP) 2020/2199 (2), appointing Mr Hervé FLAHAUT as Head of Mission of EUCAP Sahel Mali from 1 January 2021 to 14 January 2021. (3) On 7 January 2021, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2021/14 (3), extending the mandate of EUCAP Sahel Mali until 31 January 2023. (4) The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has proposed to extend the mandate of Mr Hervé FLAHAUT as Head of Mission of EUCAP Sahel Mali from 15 January 2021 to 14 January 2022, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The mandate of Mr Hervé FLAHAUT as Head of Mission of EUCAP Sahel Mali is hereby extended until 14 January 2022. (2) On 30 August 2016 the PSC adopted Political and Security Committee Decision (CFSP) 2016/1634 (2), appointing Mr Vincenzo TAGLIAFERRI as Head of Mission of EUBAM Libya from 1 September 2016 to 21 August 2017. (3) The mandate of Mr Vincenzo TAGLIAFERRI as Head of Mission of EUBAM Libya has been regularly extended, most recently until 30 September 2020 by means of Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/903 (3), which also amended Decision 2013/233/CFSP and extended the duration of EUBAM Libya until 30 June 2021. (4) On 11 January 2021 the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy proposed the appointment of Ms Natalina CEA as Head of Mission of EUBAM Libya from 1 February 2021 to 30 June 2021, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Ms Natalina CEA is hereby appointed as Head of Mission of the European Union Integrated Border Management Assistance Mission in Libya (EUBAM Libya) from 1 February 2021 to 30 June 2021. Monsieur le Maire rend compte de la réunion organisée par la mairie d’Andrest en association avec les communes d’Aurensan, Bazet, Gayan, Lagarde, Marsac, Pujo, Saint-Lézer, Saint-Sever-de-Rustan, Sarniguet, Siarrouy et Villenave-Près-Marsac le 1er mars 2019 de 19h30 à 23h00 à la salle des fêtes municipale. Il tient à remercier les élus de toutes les communes associées qui ont collaboré dans la rédaction d’une synthèse des propos tenus par la cinquantaine d’administrés présents. Au niveau de la thématique écologique, les participants ont souligné l’urgence dans la prise de conscience sur le changement climatique qui doit être abordé en profondeur dans les écoles. Par ailleurs, les citoyens les plus modestes ne peuvent, à eux seuls, supporter le coût de la transition énergétique qui concerne en premier lieu les grandes multinationales. La fiscalité et les dépenses publiques doivent être plus transparentes pour les contribuables. La répartition des impôts doit être plus équitable et veiller au maintien des services publics, en particulier ceux liés à la vieillesse. Les grands groupes financiers doivent contribuer davantage à l’effort fiscal national. Enfin, les élus ne doivent plus bénéficier d’avantages excessifs pendant et après l’exercice de leur mandat.
